对短道速滑运动员训练生化指标变化的再探讨

摘    要:探究短道运动员在不同训练阶段、不同负荷下的生化指标变化与机能状态情况。发现在不同训练阶段,短道运动员的晨血红蛋白明显随训练负荷量变化而变化;血尿素蛋各阶段虽有变化但不显著;无氧阈速滑需较长时间的训练才能有明显的提高;不同训练方式的血乳酸特点有明显差异。

Abstract:this paper probes into the changes of biochemical index and functional state when speed skaters are in the different training stage and functional state, provides fundamental theories to train speed skating. Results: the index of speed skater' hemoglobin in the morning varies with tranining burden; Index of blood Urine protein in different stage has some changes but not prominently; Drastic improvements of Non - oxygen threshold training level need long time to obtain; there have so many notable characteristics of Lactic acid among different ways of training.
