建构学校体育师资评价标准与培养模式

摘    要:在以健康教育取代传统体育教育、重新确立新课标的教育形势驱动下,对学校体育师资必然产生新的评价标准.体育师资新型标准的形成应该有强烈的问题意识和正确而深刻的更新动力;具备不断更新自身隐性教育观念和陈旧的理性体育文化理念的开拓精神,不断在实践中探索,使新课标走在教育改革前沿,充分发挥鞭策推动作用.

Abstract:Driven by the trend of development of replacing traditional physical education with health education, the appraisal criterion on college teachers of P. E is to be renovated. The formation of a new criterion on P. E teachers requires a sound consciousness, a correct and profound impetus as well as an enterprising spirit which is a necessity in updating and rejuvenating old - fashioned P. E education concept. It is, therefore, of utmost importance for us to seek truth from practice and make the updated methodology play a leading role in educational reform.
