| Abstract: | Based on a research on the application of multi - media in the teaching of calisthenics in the University, the following essay tells us the importance and superionity of multi - media in the calisthenics teaching. The effective use of multi - media has brought a new life to the traditional calisthenics teaching and has provided a new opportunity for a reform in the method and medium of calisthenics teaching. |
