| 摘 要： | 就中学体育课程设置与评估的科学化标准问题，指出中学课程框架应包括师资队伍、教学条件、教学效果；其二级评估指标应包括师资结构、学术水平、教学内容与设施、教学措施、考试方法、教研成果、教学效果等方面的内容。
