| 摘 要： | 根据现代社会对体育人才的需要和健美操课程的特点，在长期探索和实践的基础上，构建了“三位一体”的健美操教学新体系，把教学、社会实践、信息反馈三者紧密结合为一体应用于健美操课程教学中，充分体现出健美操教学所独有的风格。
