太极拳锻炼对人体作用的研究

摘    要:太极拳具有用意、阴阳八卦五行、动作呈弧形、懂劲四方面特点。本文结合国内近些年研究成果,证实经过太极拳锻炼达到调整中枢神经、促进机体循环与代谢,提高免疫能力、调和阴阳平衡作用。并为太极拳作为人体健康的绿色运动方式提供实践依据。

This text combines the internal closely research achievements of some years, Confirming taking exercise as a result of shadowboxing achieves the adjustment central nervous system, Promote the organism DO loop and metabolizes, Raise the immunity ability, Be in harmonious proportion the yin and yang balance effect . And for shadowboxing provides the practice basis as the green sports method of human body health.
