| 摘 要： | 青少年球员的训练效果决定着其成年后的竞技能力.中国足球在世界大赛上的表现使国人痛苦的意识到,今天中国足球的落后源于几十年来青少年训练的落后,源于中国足球训练理念的落后.在落后训练理念指导下成长的青少年球员,成年后的比赛理念也必是一种落后的理念,使得中国足球的水平现状成为一种必然.本文仅从训练学的角度对我国青少年足球训练中的问题进行分析,试图理清弊端,为人们进行有效的训练,提高中国足球水平抛砖引玉. |

| Abstract: | The effects of the training of the teenager football players play an important role in their competition ability when they grow up.It has been well recognized that the reason that the Chinese football fell behind the worldwide level can be due to the out-dated training ideas of Chinese football.Under the out-dated training ideas of Chinese football,the teenager football players may obtain the out-dated training ideas in the adult football competitions,which results in the low-level Chinese football.In the view of training study,this study analyzed the existing problems in the training of the teenager football players in China,and attempts to explore the problems,in order to provide references for the effective training and the improvement of Chinese football. |
