摘    要:摘要:目的:考察短时中等强度有氧运动影响转换功能的脑机制。方法:选取27名普通女大学生,在功率自行车上进行30min中等强度的有氧运动干预,采用功能磁共振成像技术对运动前、后受试完成More-odd shifting任务进行脑功能扫描,通过配对t检验比较运动前、后脑区激活的范围与程度的差异。结果:与运动前相比,运动后完成More-odd shifting任务,被试的右脑后顶叶回、视觉联合皮层区、右脑额下回、左脑额中回、右脑下叶外核、右脑额叶回、右脑颞叶回、右脑侧脑室、左脑额上回、左脑边缘叶扣带回、右脑边缘叶扣带回和右脑顶叶回激活显著增强。结论:30min中等强度的功率自行车运动可以引起女大学生完成More-odd shifting任务时脑激活模式发生改变,改善转换功能。
