| 摘 要： | 就学校体育中学校承担学生伤害事故责任这种情况结合《学生伤害事故处理办法》,从法学的角度对学生伤害事故发生的原因、学校应履行的义务和学校承担事故责任的归责原则、构成要件等问题进行探讨,旨在促使学校积极履行义务,避免学生伤害事故的发生. |

| Abstract: | Based on the situation that the schools are charged with the principle imputation of student's injury accident in the physical education,with the combination of "Priciples of Dealing with Students' Injury Accidents",in the perspective of law,this study explore the cause of students' injury accident and the imputation that schools should commite,thereby advoiding the emergency of students' injury accident. |
