| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、实验法等研究方法,对铁饼运动员赛前心理训练进行实验研究.旨在探索更加科学合理的训练方法,依此来提高运动员运动成绩.研究结果发现:1)赛前加强运动员心理训练能消除运动员各种紧张的心理状态.2)运动员加强赛前心理训练,对稳定运动员的思想情绪,提高运动成绩,有直接的关系和影响,是竞赛成绩好坏的关键.3)长期在运动员的训练或比赛中实施心理训练,可以培养运动员坚定、勇敢的品质,能有效提高运动员的机体适应能力.建议把在运动训练中突出心理训练的重要作用.

| Abstract: | With the combination of the documentary analysis, investigation and interview, statistics analysis, and experiment, this research conduct a study on pre-competition psychology training experiment in a sample of teenager men discus athletes, in order to explore the scientific training methods and improving the sports scores of athletes. The results show that: 1)Strengthening the sportswoman's psychology training before the competition can remove the varieties of psychological conditions of nervousness successfully; 2) it is seen as the key factors for the success of the competition, which has positive impacts on stabilizing athletes' motion and improving their sports score; 3) the implementation of the psychology training during the procedure of the training or competition for a long time can cultivate athletes' values of stability, braveness, thereby improving effectively the adaptation ability of athletes. It is well suggested that the psychology training should be drawn on during the whole training. |
