女子手球比赛时生理、生化指标及运动负荷指标的研究

摘    要:对国家女子手球队参加全国锦标赛及国际邀请赛中的队员的生理、生化及训练负荷指标进行了监测 ,结果表明 :我国女子手球整体水平较低 ,尤其无氧耐力较差 ;训练负荷指标中 ,我国女子队员较韩国队差 ,训练负荷指标中 ,运动密度结合跑动距离及快跑距离是评价训练负荷量的简单易操作的良好指标 ;应用 Polar表记录运动员心率 ,表明平均心率可准确评定训练负荷强度 ;尿蛋白每分排析量阈值是评定负荷强度的简便、实用指标。

Abstract:The physiological, biochemical and work load indexes of the women players of the Chinese National Handball Team taking part in the National Championship and the International Invitational Tournament were detected and studied. The results showed that the whole fitness level of the Chinese women handball players was poor, especially the anaerobic endurance. The work load indexes in the Chinese women handball players were poorer than those of the Korean players. The exercise frequancy combined with the distance of running and fast speed running is a good index, simple and easy operated to evaluate training loads. Applying the Polar heart rate device to register heart rates showed that the average heart rate could accurately evaluate the intensity of workload. The threshold of the urine protein excretion per minute is an easy and practical index to evaluate training intensity.
