| 摘 要： | 我国城市社区体育资源是一种稀缺资源,它的稀缺性决定了对社区体育资源配置相关问题研究的必要性,城市社区体育资源配置的目标是让稀缺的体育资源得到最大限度利用,使有限的资源通过配置最大限度满足社区居民的健身娱乐需要.社区体育资源的配置模式构建既不是单纯的政府行为,也不是一种单纯的民间活动,而是各类社会群体,各种社区力量共同参与的过程.社区体育资源的配置要考虑社区的地域性特征,其配置的目的是最大限度满足社区居民多样化的体育娱乐需要,体现"以人为本". |

| Abstract: | Community athletics resources in China is a kind of sparse lack a resources,its shortage offers great importance for the studies relating to the sport resource distribution in the community.The purpose of the sport resource distribution in the community is to make maximum advantage of the rare sport resources and fulfill the needs of recreation and entertainment of the residence in the communities with the limited resources.The construction of the model of the sport resource distribution in the community cannot be seen merely the actions of the government and a kind of the folk activity.It should be seen as a procedure in which the varieties of social groups and community forces participate together.The sport resource distribution in the community should consider the regional characteristics of the community,with the purpose of satisfying the various needs of sports entertainment of residents of the communities and realize the idea of human-centered. |
