| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查的方法,对影响大学生健康的体育意识的因子进行因素分析,结果表明大学生健康的体育意识处于一般与较好水平之间,健康的体育意识、行为倾向表现为全面锻炼等方面意识水平稍高,但行为水平较低的反差态势,其中道德健康等方面意识水平较低,警示在加强大学生健康四维内涵教育等内容的同时,要加大体育认知-行为疗法方面的研究力度.

| Abstract: | Adopting the questionnaire investigation, this research conducts a factor analysis of the main factors influencing the health sports consciousness of college students. The results of the investigation can be concluded as the followings: the health sports consciousness of college students locates the middle between the general and the best levels; the level of the health sports consciousness is slightly higher than the one of behavior trend; in particular, the level of the consciousness in morals health is relatively lower. It is suggested to increase the research of sports consciousness-behavior therapy. |
