| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,得出教师是体育课程改革中的最具决定性作用的因素.指出了影响体育教师在实施新课程改革的主要原因,有针对性地提出相应对策,旨在为高校体育课程改革和提高教师业务能力水平提供参考和帮助.

| Abstract: | By means of literature and documents review,investment and interview, we concluded that teachers are the decisivest factor in the physical education course reform.This paper aimed to make an offer of help and reference to PE reform and teachers' traffic ability enhancement,pointed out the main reason when the teachers bring it into effect,and propose the pertinency count measure to them. |
