| 摘 要： | 随着体育教学改革的不断深化,"快乐体育"、"终身体育"思想的引入,体育选项课教学模式取代了传统"以田径为主导"的体育教学模式,在体育院校如何培养运动训练专业田径专项学生适应社会需求的多元化,是本文进行教改的主题.通过专家访谈、对比分析和个案分析的方法.对北京体育大学运动训练专业田径专项课程大纲内容和时数进行了适当修改,针对现有状况对田径专项训练进行了分层训练和程序训练相结合的教改,期望能对体育院校运动训练专业田径专项课程设置的合理性提供参考.

| Abstract: | By now,track and field group curriculum has been replaced by self-chosen curriculum under the ideology of 'happy sports' and 'life sports'.However,the cultivation objectives of sports training major in sports colleges are not in accordance with the current situation.So,how to create a multi-function curriculum to meet the need is important for graduates major.Through the contents of track and field curriculum,arrangement and program training methods were applied in practice with the methods of expert interview,comparative analysis,and case analysis,in order to provide reasonable references for the establishment of track and field curriculum of sports training major in sports colleges. |
