| Abstract: | Although it has been definitely regulated in the law of sports that all the disputes of sports should be resolved by the arbitration organization of sport,the arbitration system cannot be implemented in the field of practical sport life and the national legal system.It has been well recognized that there exist a great number of problems in the dispute-resolving sport arbitration system.Accordingly it is essential to build up sport arbitration system in China. |
