| 摘 要： | 社会转型是当今中国社会变迁的总体特征.社会的经济转型和组织转型引发的竞争机制、政府职能转变、"单位体制"松动、以及"社区体制"建立等,对城市社会体育管理体制改革产生了重要的影响,推动了中国城市社会体育管理体制的重构.

| Abstract: | Social transition is a general feature of current social changes in China. The transformations of competition systems and governmental functions, the tottering of work unit system and the set-up of community system triggered by economic and organizational transitions in Chinese society have greatly influenced the reform on urban social sport management, thus promoting the restructure of social management system in Chinese society. |
