| 摘 要： | 运用分析.结果表明:安徽省医生群体体育人口仅为18.4%,与2000年国民体质监测均数(31.4%)相差甚远.结论:主要原因是部分医生对体育锻炼的作用和意义认识不足,终生体育的意识淡薄,体育锻炼兴趣缺乏,医院对医生体育锻炼重视不够,场地、器材缺乏.建议:医院和医生对于参加体育锻炼的意识需要加强,真正做到"重视、参与、见效". |

| Abstract: | Adopted the methods of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview,and statistical analysis,this study investigated and analyzed the sports exercises of the doctor group in Anhui Province.The result indicated that it was just 18.4 percents of the doctors group in Anhui Province who took part in sports exercises,and it was far away with the average civil constitution in 2000(which was 31.4%).The main reasons can be concluded as follows: many doctors were lack of the knowledge that we can get lots of benefits from the sports exercise.They were lack of the consciousness and interesting to participate in lifelong sports exercise;meanwhile,the hospital staff did not think much of the sports exercise;and the sports ground and sports apparatus were not enough. This study suggested that the hospital and the doctors should increase their acceptance of the sports exercise,think much of it,take part in it and get benefits from it. |
