| Abstract: | Under the historical background of constructing a all-round well-off society,the demand and the cultivation of sports talents are researched.With the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,the influencing factors of the demand of sports talents are analyzed and then the relative strategies of the cultivation of sports talents are put forward. |
