| 摘 要： | 通过对四川省农村中学体育师资队伍建设和教学改革现状调查,运用数理统计等方法对农村中学体育师资供需数量,基本结构和教学概况及发展趋向进行分析和研究,并针对存在的问题提出了相应对策措施,为当前农村中学体育教育和人事制度改革提供参考意见.

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation on the current situation of P.E.teacher troops and teaching innovation in rural middle schools in Sichuan Province,adopted the mathematical statistical analysis,this study explored the P.E.teachers supply amount,structure,teaching situation and development tend.Several strategies aiming to solve existing problems were proposed,in order to offer references for the reforms of P.E.at school and personnel system in the rural areas. |
