| 摘 要： | 以健美操课程作为改革和实践对象,在反思北京市普通高校健美操课程实施现状基础上,以马克思主义关于"人的全面发展"理论、中共中央、国务院关于<深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的决定>和体育的三维教育观为指导,重新构建了"课程目标多元化"、"教育渠道多边化"、"授课类型多样化"、"教学内容多项化"、"考核评价综合化"的新型健美操课程模式,并对该模式进行了实验,取得了显著效果.

| Abstract: | With aerobics courses as research objects,the current educational situation of aerobics courses is reviewed in the common universities of Beijing.Under the guidance of Marxism theory of "human's overall development",the policy of Further Education Reform and Improve Quality Education,and 3 dimensional views of P.E.,the mode of aerobics courses is reconstructed,which includes "aim diversification","channel diversification","course diversification","content diversification",and "analysis diversification".The experiment about this mode has been made and its remarkable effects have been achieved. |
