摘    要:如何紧扣新<全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要>的指导精神,对当前高校体育教学进行改革创新?构建什么样的体育课程,才能有利于学生发展个性、增强体质、形成终身体育锻炼的习惯?通过"分定型"体育教学的实践,有效地解决了以上的问题.

Abstract:It is well recognized that there exist several common research questions during the procedure of the implementation of "Syllabus for the Teaching of Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities in China". For instance, how to conduct the reforms and innovations in the current P.E. teaching in higher education? And it is necessary to explore how to construct the P.E. curriculum in higher education which facilitate to develop students' personality, strengthen student's physical fitness and help students form students' life-long sports habit. Based on the P.E. teaching practices of "divided and assigned teaching model", this study solved the above problems effectively.
