| 摘 要： | 高校高水平运动队的建设是一项比较复杂的系统工程,各校之间发展不平衡,一些深层次的矛盾日益突出,亟待解决.其中,缺乏客观的、操作性强的运动队综合评价体系显得尤为突出.基于这种背景,对北京市普通高校高水平运动队的办队水平质量进行研究,力求建立一个综合评价指标体系,以便北京对所属普通高校高水平运动队进行综合评价,促进高水平运动队健康、协调的发展.

| Abstract: | The construction of the high level sports teams in Chinese general colleges and universities is a comparatively complicated system and the development of each sports team is imbalanced,so some deep contradictions should be resolved,especially lacking the subjective and feasible system of comprehensive evaluation.Based on this background,the index system of comprehensive evaluation of Beijing high level sports teams in general colleges and universities is planned in order to promote their development healthily. |
