| 摘 要： | 为了研究运动对心理应激大鼠的影响及其机制,通过对大鼠施加4周的非稳态噪音刺激以及进行运动干预,测定大鼠的行为和血清SOD和MDA的变化情况.结果发现:非稳态噪音刺激所引发的心理应激可对大鼠的行为产生显著的影响,血清MDA的浓度降低,而SOD的活性增强,运动可降低这一影响程度,起到缓解的作用.

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the effects and mechanism of exercise,SOD activity and the MDA content in peripheral blood of the rats under the four-weeks unstable noise and exercise were measured.The results indicated that the behaviors were significantly affected by the unstable noise stress.The SOD activity increased and the MDA content decreased in peripheral blood of rats.It was found that exercises can depress the effect of the noise stress. |
