| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外高等学校教学评估体系的了解与研究,总结多年来学生评教的经验和不足,运用delphi7研制出的符合高等体育教育特点,含有操作简便的学、术科区分的"多人一表式"评估表;可提供用户根据需要进行自我调控的友好界面;数据统计快捷、准确,评价客观、全面的北京体育大学学生评教系统.经过两年的实际应用和修改完善,系统应用效果良好.利用学生评教信息可以对教师的教学情况有一个比较全面和深层次的了解与认识,为学校决策层提供教学发展方面的重要信息.学生评教工作对推动学校教学改革,提高教学质量起到了积极的作用.

| Abstract: | Based on the idea that students should be taken as focus in a university and the analysis of experiences and shortcomings in the practice of student evaluation of teaching in recent years,the present investigation develops a new student evaluation system of teaching with Delphi 7.This system is designed to adapt to the characteristics of physical education in high learning institutions.It sets up two different standards for technically-oriented courses and theoretically-oriented courses and takes a form of "one table for many teachers".Its operation is simple and convenient and its interface is friendly and allows users to adjust according to their specific needs.The statistical analysis of data is fast and accurate and the evaluation indices are comprehensive and objective. The system runs well with continuous practice and improvement in these two years.The system can help to reach an overall and deep understanding of teaching situation and provide important information for teaching development for decision makers of the university.The student's evaluation of teaching contributes to the reform and quality control of teaching in this university. |
