| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问等,从湖南竞技体操可持续发展的优势、存在的问题进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出建议:1)实施"双争"战略,大力培养后备力量.2)社会保障体系的运动员保障体系的基础,随着经济的发展和法制的健全,应逐渐把所有不同层次的运动员都纳入社会保障体系.3)增加选材组比赛的层次.4)体育行政部门应重视比赛和训练场馆建设的政策落实情况,提高体操后备竞技人才训练质量. |

| Abstract: | With the combination of documentary analysis,interview investigation, and expert interview,,this study explored advantages and existing problems of sustainable development of competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province.Based on the analysis,several suggestions were proposed as follows: 1) implement "double competition" strategy,and strive to cultivate reserved athletes;2) the social insurance system can be seen as the foundation of athletes' insurance system.With the development of economy and legal system,it is suggested that athletes at different level should be included into social insurance system;3) improve the level of competition that selected groups participate in;4) sports management divisions should pay attention to the implementation of policies relating to competition and the construction of training stadiums,thereby improving the training quality of reserved athletes. |
