我国优秀女子跳高运动员助跑与起跳技术的运动学分析

摘    要:运用影片拍摄法、图像解析法、数理统计法对我国优秀女子跳高运动员的助跑与起跳技术进行运动学分析,以揭示我国优秀女子跳高运动员的助跑与起跳技术特征。结果表明:我国优秀女子跳高运动员最后助跑倒数第二步摆动腿着地瞬间身体的内倾角均偏大,而离地瞬间的内倾角度则比较小;在起跳开始瞬间两大腿夹角都小于摆动腿离地瞬间夹角。助跑最后一步摆动腿着地瞬间着地点距身体重心投影点的距离与运动员着地瞬间速度的损失具有非常显著性关系。

Abstract:By analyzing the films the author shot on the spot personally by means of mathematical statistics, the study tries to reveal the characteristics, relying on kinematic principles, of the run-up and take-off techniques of a group of elite female high jumpers in China. As the results show, at the penultimate step of their run-up, when their swing legs touches the ground, the inclination angles of the jumpers are comparatively large, while those when the same legs lift up are comparatively small ; the thigh angles upon takeoff are all smaller than the instanta- neous angles of the swing leg off the ground, and the horizontal distance between the center of gravity projection point and the landing point of the swing leg at the last stride of the run-up is apparently correlated with the loss of instantaneous velocity at the last ground touching of run-up.
