| 摘 要： | 在当前对学术期刊性质的研究中,存在着一个很大的误区,这就是许多论者认为学术期刊是商品;但经济学的常识告诉我们,一件物品要成为商品是有条件的,具有使用价值的物品不一定是商品,商品是"用来交换的劳动产品".在阐述公共利益的内涵及本质属性,分析学术期刊不同于一般刊物的特殊性的基础上,认为学术期刊具有明显的公益性.

| Abstract: | There is a misunderstanding in the research of characteristics of academic journals,which is that many scholars consider that academic journals are commodities.But the knowledge of economics tells us that an article called commodity must have some conditions.An article with use value may not necessarily be commodity.Based on elaborating the intension and essence of public welfare,and on analyzing the characteristics of academic journals,the authors hold that the academic journals have obvious characteristics of public welfare. |
