| 摘 要： | 目前信息资源电子服务的理论与实践还处于初期阶段，缺乏完善合理的理论框架。分析了SSME与电子服务相结合的理论依据，从SSME视角出发，结合现有电子服务框架体系，提出基于SSME的信息资源电子服务研究框架及研究目标，并从现状研究、理论构建、战略规划、需求建模与流程设计、保障机制几个关键步骤出发，围绕价值提升与服务创新，探讨基于SSME的信息资源电子服务的研究内容，从而为各类信息服务机构开展电子服务提供全新的研究视角与可借鉴的研究架构。图1。参考文献25。
