制度压力下,企业实践是趋同还是趋异?综合复杂制度理论和资源基础理论,以产业集群为背景,以集群企业电商实践采纳为落脚点,理论和实证分析了制度压力和网络中心度对企业电商实践采纳的影响机理。研究发现,制度压力不仅对集群企业电商实践采纳具有显著正向的主效应,同时与网络中心度对集群企业电商采纳行为具有方向不同的交互效应。其中,规制压力下,中心位置的集群企业更倾向采纳;在规范压力之下,边缘位置的集群企业更倾向于采纳。  相似文献

论文基于制度理论,构建了制度驱动要素、政治关联与企业标准竞争参与意向的关系模型,探讨强制性、规范性和模仿性要素对标准竞争参与意向的影响机制,以及政治关联的中介作用。运用结构方程模型对265家中国企业的数据分析发现,制度环境中的强制性、规范性和模仿性要素对企业标准竞争参与意向均具有显著正向影响;政治关联在这一影响机制中起到部分中介作用。本研究系统探讨了标准竞争的非效率驱动因素,丰富了标准竞争驱动要素的理论研究,有助于企业在标准竞争中获取合法性并取得竞争优势。  相似文献

基于制度观点和创新文献,论文理论探讨并实证检验了企业的正式制度资本与非正式制度资本对企业创新倾向的非线性作用机理及效果差异,并进一步探究了企业的创新占用能力对上述路径的边界作用。303家企业的配套调研数据显示:首先,企业正式制度资本与其创新倾向之间呈现出递增的正向关系,而企业非正式制度资本与其创新倾向之间呈现出递减的正向关系。其次,企业创新占用能力显著地增强了正式制度资本与创新倾向之间的正向关系,却显著地削弱了非正式制度资本与创新倾向之间的正向关系。该研究为指导我国企业在提升创新倾向时有效地配置和利用不同的制度资本提供了有力的理论支撑。  相似文献

基于社会网络理论提出了环境压力、创新压力、企业家社会网络与企业合作创新意愿之间关系的分析框架,并以广东省中小企业为样本运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果显示:环境压力对创新压力、企业家社会网络和企业合作创新意愿具有显著的正向影响;企业家社会网络对合作创新意愿具有显著的正向影响,且在环境压力与合作创新意愿的关系中起到中介作用;创新压力在环境压力与企业家社会网络的关系中起到中介作用。该研究结果丰富了合作创新及社会网络等相关理论。  相似文献

基于感知利益、成本和风险视角,对移动互联网用户采纳行为进行研究,构建用户采纳的结构方程模型,以揭示影响用户采纳移动互联网的关键因素及其作用机理。利用SPSS软件对模型量表进行探索性因子分析,使用SmartPLS软件对模型量表进行验证性因子分析和对结构方程模型的假设进行检验。结果显示用户对移动互联网的感知有用性、感知乐趣、无所不在性、感知成本对感知价值影响显著,感知价值、社会影响和感知有用性对用户采纳意向有直接影响,用户创新意识对感知价值与用户采纳意向的关系有显著负向调节作用。最后,对研究结果进行了讨论,提出促进我国移动互联网发展的建议。  相似文献

Nowadays, using increasingly granular data, from real-time location information and detailed demographics to consumers-generated content on the social networking sites (SNSs), businesses are starting to offer precise location-based product recommendation services through mobile devices. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper develops a theoretical model to examine the adoption intention of active SNS users toward location-based recommendation agents (LBRAs). The research model was tested by using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived control, and perceived institutional assurance are important in developing adoption intention. Perceived effort saving, special treatment, and social benefit have influences on the adoption intention through the mediating effect of perceived usefulness. Perceived accuracy has direct influence on adoption intention.  相似文献

 在新制度主义理论和生态现代化理论的基础上,构建了制造企业实施绿色环保创新的驱动因素与实施效益的理论框架。以广东省珠三角地区148家制造型企业为研究对象,利用结构方程模型对企业绿色环保创新实践的制度压力及其实施效益进行实证研究。研究发现:强制性的政府环境法律法规和竞争压力对企业绿色环保实践有显著的正向影响,而激励性的政府环境法律法规和客户环保压力对企业绿色环保实践的影响并不显著。企业绿色环保实践对环境绩效有显著的正向影响,对经济绩效并没有直接的显著影响,但会通过环境绩效这一中介变量间接地影响企业的经济绩效,环境绩效起完全中介作用。最后,本文在实证研究结果的基础上给出促进我国企业开展绿色环保实践的管理启示和政策建议。  相似文献

为识别健康科技产品购买意愿的影响因素,通过整合TAM理论、创新扩散理论、大五人格模型和健康信念模型,从产品和消费者特征的视角出发并充分考虑性别和健康信念的调节作用并提出研究假设构建理论模型.以苹果iWatch和小米手环的潜在消费者为研究样本问卷调研获取300份有效问卷,利用SPSS和SmartPLS软件验证假设和模型.结果表明,感知有用性、感知可靠性和消费者创新性均正向影响健康科技产品的购买意愿,其中消费者创新性还会受到外向型人格特质的直接影响;健康信念正向调节感知有用性对购买意愿的影响;性别能调节消费者创新性对购买意愿的影响.  相似文献

The business intelligence (BI) has been often touted as a game-changer especially during the pandemic crisis. Although most managers are familiar with BI and agree that, it should be operationalized across their organizations. The BI is not well assimilated throughout adopting organizations. Rooted in institutional and upper echelon theories, this study proposes a theoretical model aimed toward explaining BI assimilation. We surveyed 174 respondents occupying leadership positions from174 auto-components manufacturing firms in India to gather data. The findings suggest that normative and mimetic (but not coercive) factors significantly influence top leader’s commitment to the BI initiatives. We found that the commitment of the top leaders influences the assimilation of BI via acceptance and routinization. Our study is an attempt to address the previous research calls related to BI assimilation. The findings of the study inform the information management scholars via theory-based research on phenomena related to post-adoption BI diffusion during a pandemic crisis. Practitioners can utilize the results of our study to design their policies that help assimilate BI such that forecasted benefits can be fully realized during an uncertain time.  相似文献

作为一项为企业带来巨大价值的信息技术,RFID在我国企业中的采纳受哪些因素影响是一个重要的研究问题。本文以技术接受模型为基础,结合RFID的特征,建立了包含技术、组织和制度与外部环境三方面因素的企业RFID技术采纳模型。实证研究发现:我国目前企业RFID的应用水平还很低;有用性认知、易用性认知、强制性压力、相互信任和客户对隐私的关注都对企业采纳RFID的行为意向产生了显著影响;同时,易用性认知和高级管理层的支持还通过有用性认知对行为意向产生了间接影响;然而,高级管理层的支持、信息系统基础设施、正规化压力和模仿竞争力对企业采纳RFID的行为意向影响不显著。  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the issue of consumer intention to disclose personal information via mobile applications (apps). Drawing on the literature of privacy calculus theory, this research examined the factors that influence the trade-off decision of receiving perceived benefits and being penalized with perceived risks through the calculus lens. In particular, two paths of the direct effects on perceived benefits and risks that induce the ultimate intention to disclose personal information via mobile apps were proposed and empirically tested. The analysis showed that self-presentation and personalized services positively influence consumers’ perceived benefits, which in turn positively affects the intention to disclose personal information. Perceived severity and perceived control serve as the direct antecedents of perceived risks that negatively affect the intention of consumers to disclose personal information. Compared with the perceived risks, the perceived benefits more strongly influence the intention to disclose personal information. This study extends the literature on privacy concerns to consumer intention to disclose personal information by theoretically developing and empirically testing four hypotheses in a research model. Institutional intermediaries are often seen by governments as avenues for increasing firm level innovativeness. This is because they can provide both information and legitimacy, which enable access to government support. Yet, close engagement with intermediaries may also encourage political intervention, especially in the context of emerging markets. Using a unique dataset which consists of the Chinese Micro- and Small- Enterprise Survey (CMES) and the National Economic Research Institute (NERI), we explore the roles of government support and political intervention in the relationship between institutional linkages and firm innovativeness. We find that government support, in the form of tax benefits, and political intervention mediate the relationship between institutional linkages and firm innovativeness. We also find that this relationship is contingent upon the degree of institutional development within which firms operate. Our findings therefore contribute to the burgeoning literature that examines the effects of institutional intermediaries on innovation by exploring both their bright and dark sides. We discuss the implications of these findings for institutional intermediary research, institutional theory and innovation literature and offer advice to policymakers and managers looking at improving innovativeness.  相似文献

论文首先基于跨案例研究,从组织变革的理论视角,提出了市场导向组织变革动力的概念框架,然后使用问卷调查对概念框架进行验证,并比较了具体变革动力的作用强度。研究发现:制度环境压力构成的情境动力(包括战略联盟、体系认证、标杆管理、管理咨询和竞争压力)一方面驱动企业家认知和行为层面的触发动力(包括领导者示范作用和危机变革意识),另一方面促动内部支持系统构成的使能动力(包括部门间联系、正式化、基于市场的薪酬、基于市场的培训、以及信息技术使用),进而推动了市场导向的组织变革过程。本文是首个综合使用多案例分析和问卷调查对中国企业市场导向执行问题进行的学术研究,丰富了市场导向、组织变革、制度基础观、领导理论等方面的文献,对企业提升市场导向水平具有切实的指导意义。  相似文献

如何对跨国并购整合过程中的制度复杂性作出战略响应决定了并购战略意图能否实现。基于适应与创新视角,识别出了跨国企业在并购整合过程中针对制度复杂性的两种战略响应方式:制度适应和制度共创,实证检验了并购前的并购动机对并购后整合过程中战略响应方式选择的影响,以及并购经验和组织冗余对上述关系的调节效应。研究发现,利用性并购企业倾向于选择实施制度共创战略,探索性并购企业倾向于选择实施制度适应战略,同时并购经验和组织冗余正向调节探索性或利用性并购与相应战略响应方式之间的关系。  相似文献

在"企业经济绩效和企业社会绩效"关系无一致性结论的背景下,本研究以组织合法性为切入点构建了"制度压力—社会战略反应—企业社会绩效"的分析模型。研究发现,规制、规范和认知三种制度压力对社会战略反应具有正向驱动作用,而对企业社会绩效的显著影响效应则只体现在规制压力上。社会战略反应对企业社会绩效具有显著正向影响,因而在外部制度压力和企业社会绩效之间起到了重要的传接作用。文章最后探讨了本研究的理论意义和管理启示。  相似文献

[目的/意义]为了在线健康社区的可持续发展,增强用户粘性,有必要对在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿影响因素进行研究。[方法/过程]通过感知收益和感知成本来衡量感知价值,并将感知价值理论结合期望确认模型构建了在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿的结构方程模型,采用问卷调查方法收集数据,利用AMOS 21.0验证模型中的假设。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:来源可靠性、信息准确性及时效性的提高能有效提高用户感知收益,进而对感知价值产生正向的影响;而更高的隐私安全性与反馈及时性则能通过降低感知成本提高用户的感知价值;感知有用性和感知价值显著影响用户满意度,进而影响用户持续使用意愿;相比于感知价值,在线健康社区中感知有用性对用户满意度的影响相对较小。  相似文献

When trying to attain the benefits of open source software (OSS), proprietary closed source software (PCSS) firms are struggling to adopt this radically different practice of software development. We approach these adoption challenges as a problem of gaining support for organizational innovation. Through a mixed-method research design consisting of qualitative interviews and a survey of employees of a large telecommunications firm, we find that the organizational innovation to commercially engage in OSS has different impacts on technical and administrative dimensions of different job roles. Accordingly, individuals enacting different job roles are—on average—more or less well aligned with the OSS practice and OSS processes per se. We find that individual-level attributes can counterbalance the job role changes that weaken support for adopting OSS, while perceived organizational commitment has no effect. Suggestions for PCSS firms are presented and implications for innovation literature are discussed.  相似文献

针对面临各类利益相关者压力时,企业是否会进行环境创新,而环境创新是否有利于企业的成长的问题,以及为最终揭示出"压力—行为—绩效"之间的逻辑关系,选取长三角地区279家制造行业的企业作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型对利益相关者压力、环境创新与企业成长三者之间的关系进行了实证分析,结果发现:政府压力和行业压力对企业的环境创新具有正向影响;在大规模企业中,环境创新有利于企业的成长,而在小规模中,环境创新的影响作用并不显著;在不同规模的企业中,政府压力和行业压力均对企业的成长具有正向促进作用,而在小规模企业中,社会压力会抑制企业的成长。  相似文献

为促进NFC手机近场支付的应用,对其用户、潜在用户的使用意愿影响因素进行对比分析。首先,本文基于修正后的VAM模型,采用结构方程建模方法对348份有效样本做统计分析。结果表明,感知便利性、感知风险、消费者创新、感知替代性是影响使用意愿的主要因素;感知便利性对感知价值呈最显著的预测作用;感知费用、感知复杂性对感知价值均无显著影响;用户与潜在用户在感知风险、感知替代性等若干变量上存在显著差异。最后,根据实证分析结果,为运营商提供了几点利于扩大市场的营销策略。  相似文献

以国内制造企业为研究对象对内部组织整合与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,并考察了产品创新程度的调节作用。研究结果表明,对于国内制造企业而言,跨职能信息分享与跨职能共同参与对新产品开发绩效都有正向影响,而跨职能关系协调对新产品开发绩效的影响不显著。产品创新程度对跨职能信息分享、关系协调、共同参与及新产品开发绩效之间的关系具有正向调节作用。  相似文献
