网络口碑可信度及对购买行为影响的实证研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

分析正面和负面网络口碑可信度的影响因素以及这两种口碑如何影响消费者对商家的信任和购买行为。数据分析结果表明,同嗜性、点评站点可信度以及信任倾向对两种口碑的可信度都有显著影响,而传播者专业性仅对正面网络口碑的可信度有显著作用。正面网络口碑的可信度显著正向影响消费者对被点评商家的信任,但并不显著影响购买意向,购买意向受到对商家信任的显著影响,也进一步显著作用于购买行为。反之,负面口碑的可信度同时负向影响消费者对商家的信任和购买意向,但与商家信任、购买意向以及购买行为之间均无显著关系。  相似文献

Although scholars have discussed the occurrence of gossip in social situations, gossip's function as a social influence tool has received little theoretical attention. Of particular interest is the issue of whether gossip is untrustworthy, leading to relational demise, or whether gossip can lead to perceived liking, trust, and expertise. The prediction was made that whether gossip acts as relational ruin or social glue depends on the valence of the gossip and the type of relationship among the communicators. It was proposed that source cue perceptions will be the function of an interaction between relationship type and gossip valence. Specifically, friends' judgments will not be affected by gossip valence, but strangers' assessments of liking, trust, and expertise will increase when gossip is positive and will decrease when gossip is negative (when controlling for propensity to gossip). An experiment was designed to test these predictions. The data indicated that both positive and negative gossip are perceived negatively for both friends and strangers.  相似文献

[目的/意义]从信任视角对比用户对数据智能与专家知识的感知,有助于了解用户当前对这两类典型的决策信息源的信任状态及差异,进而为数据智能的深化应用、数据智能与专家知识的有效融合提供建议。[方法/过程]基于信任的经典二维度划分,即认知信任和情感信任,设计包含两对、四个潜在变量的测量量表。采用问卷调查法,获取342份有效样本,利用描述性统计和配对样本t-检验方法进行数据分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,用户对数据智能的认知信任显著高于专家知识,而对数据智能的情感信任显著低于专家知识。  相似文献

[目的/意义]探索在电子医疗情境下用户构建初始信任的关键动因,从信任的信息来源视角比较电子医疗情境与电子商务情境下用户建立初始信任的路径差异,为互联网医疗服务提供商优化平台建设、提升用户满意度提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]采用问卷调查法收集数据,利用偏最小二乘结构方程模型方法验证假设和概念模型。[结果/结论]研究发现,与网下信任来源有关的医院信誉、朋友推荐和个人健康状况对形成初始信任具有显著影响,而与网上信任来源有关的如来自第三方认证的结构保证和服务提供商声誉则没有通过假设检验,与E-commerce情境下初始信任形成路径不同的是电子医疗用户不能单纯凭借网上信息做出是否可信的判断。  相似文献

To achieve operational efficiency and a high level of productivity, technical services departments in libraries have often sought technology-based services provided by vendors. Vendors are able to provide significant savings, personnel support, and expertise to the library that needs to devote its own capital (personnel, equipment, funding, etc.) to new initiatives. Developing a strong, positive working relationship between libraries and vendors will not only result in resource savings and expand profits, but also create a sense of teamwork and trust. In this article, authors present their practice in using the technology dividend generated through the beneficial investment in a partnership to provide enhanced services to library users while maintaining adequate vendor profitability.  相似文献

Inter-agency collaboration is increasingly important for digital government. Using collaborative governance frameworks and comparative case study of three cases of digital government in the Mexican states of Mexico, Puebla, and Yucatan, we extend current understanding of key determinants of effective inter-agency collaborations in digital government settings. In particular, our research question is as follows: how do leadership, governance, technology, and collaborative capacity and competencies contribute to effective collaboration? Our results indicate that all four components are important, but in different ways. Laws and regulations appear to play an important role supporting governance of the inter-agency networks in our three cases. In addition, multi-level leadership, formal governance, implementation flexibility, the role of technology as a social actor in itself, and trust building based on expertise seem to be particularly salient.  相似文献

After the Spring Festival of 2015, an environmental documentary called Under the Dome in which Chai Jing acted as a narrator has caused the public opinion to boom in social media in China. Why could a documentary released by internet attract so much attention and spark such a heated discussion? What are the factors that have influence on the information dissemination of social media environmental mobilization? This paper employed case study and semi-structure interviews to reveal these questions. It turned out that individual trust, group norms and information networks of the social capital played an important role in the social media environmental mobilization. The reason why Under the Dome became a hot issue was that it made full use of the social media users’ trust on the mobilizer, aroused the mobilized’s emotions and combined the network channels of social relationships.  相似文献

Retractions are necessary to remove flawed research from citable literature but cannot offset the negative impact those publications have on science advances and public trust. The editorial peer-review process is intended to prevent flawed research from being published. However, there is limited empirical evidence of its effectiveness in identifying issues that lead to retractions. This study analyzed the peer-review comments (provided by Clarivate Analytics) for a sample of retracted publications (provided by Retraction Watch) to investigate how the peer-review process effectively detects the areas where the retraction causes lie and whether reviewer characteristics are related to the effectiveness. We found that a small proportion of peer reviews suggested rejections during the peer review stage, while about half suggested acceptance or minor revision for those later retracted papers. The peer-review process was more effective in identifying retraction causes related to data, methods, and results than those related to text plagiarism and references. Additionally, factors such as reviewer seniority and the level of match between reviewers’ expertise and the submission were significant in determining the possibility of peer reviews identifying suspicious areas in submissions. We discussed potential insights from these findings and called for collective efforts to prevent retractions.  相似文献

Mobile applications are becoming a preferred delivery method for the government sector and contributing to more convenient and timely services to citizens. This study examines the intention to use mobile applications for the government services (mG-App) in Oman. This study extended the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model by including two constructs namely trust and information quality. Data were collected from 513 mobile application users across Oman. The research model was analysed in two stages. First, structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed to determine significant determinants affecting users' acceptance of mG-App. In the second stage, a neural network model was used to validate SEM results and determine the relative importance of determinants of acceptance of mG-App. The findings revealed that trust and performance expectancy are the strongest determinants influencing the acceptance of mG-App. The findings of this research have provided theoretical contributions to the existing research on mG-App and practical implications to decision-makers involved in the development and implementation of mG-App in in Oman.  相似文献

Retaining users of mobile government services (MGS) is critical to the success of mobile government. Drawing on Bagozzi's self-regulation framework, the current research investigates the predictors of MGS continuance by considering both perceived quality and perceived value. Unlike most e-government research that has utilized linear models, this study employed a two-stage structural equation modeling–artificial neural network approach that can identify non-linear and non-compensatory interactions. The current research first applied a structural equation model to examine the significant factors influencing MGS continuance, and then utilized a neural network model recheck the structural equation modeling findings and rank the importance of these factors. Data were obtained from 335 “one-stop-shop service platform” app users in China through an online survey platform. The research findings reveal that user satisfaction is the utmost influential determinant of their continuous-use intention regarding MGS, followed by user trust; moreover, perceived quality and perceived value strongly influence satisfaction and trust. However, perceived risk does not affect intention to continue use. We also discuss theoretical and practical implications for government agencies and service providers, for improving user continuance rates for MGS.  相似文献

Research on trust in organizations shows that it facilitates relationships, cooperation between individuals and organizations, organizational commitment, and employees’ motivation to innovate. Organizational justice, which refers to perceptions of the fairness of workplace outcomes or processes, is often considered an antecedent to managerial and organizational trust. The current research sought to determine whether different types of justice relate to managerial and organizational trust in unique ways. Participants from numerous organizations representing two geographic regions were surveyed regarding their last performance appraisal. Results indicate that procedural justice was the strongest predictor of both organizational and managerial trust, distributive justice only predicted managerial trust, and interactional justice did not predict either type of trust.  相似文献

The Information Literacy Unit at Michigan State University Libraries is tasked with providing teaching and learning support to 70+ librarian colleagues at MSU. The unit was asked to conduct a needs assessment to determine supportive needs, attitudes toward teaching and learning, and to lay groundwork for expanding the ability of the unit to provide support through building trust and strengthening relationships with librarian colleagues. An interview-based method grounded in social sciences rather than an assessment with a management focus was employed to accomplish these diverse tasks, which yielded actionable insights.  相似文献

This study examines whether or not attention to campaign newsinfluences political trust. It also explores whether politicaltrust predicts attention to campaign news, and whether the mechanismof influence between attention to campaign news and politicaltrust differs across educational levels. Political trust wasoperationalized as trust in government. The 1992 American NationalElection Survey data were used. Results of two-stage least squaresanalysis show that attention to television campaign coveragereduced trust in government, while a low level of trust in governmentincreased attention to newspaper campaign coverage. More importantly,the mechanism of influence between political trust and attentionto campaign coverage differed across educational levels. Amongthe less educated, attention to campaign coverage on televisionled to lower levels of trust. Among the more educated, a lowlevel of trust in government increased attention to campaigncoverage. The findings also indicate that the types of media(television vs. newspapers) matter when it comes to media effectson political trust, Implications of findings on the relationshipsbetween the concepts of political trust, vigilant skepticism,education, and media use are discussed.  相似文献

有认识的人或者同一区域的人患有新冠肺炎,是否会更加相信疫情谣言?使用什么渠道会影响对谣言的信任度?本研究探讨新冠疫情中的接近性、传播渠道与谣言信任度之间的关系,在网络平台采集北京、上海、广州、武汉、成都五座城市有效样本813人份。建立中介模型研究发现:疫情接近性对谣言信任度没有直接效应,只有通过人际传播才产生显著的间接效应,通过新闻媒体和社交媒体的间接效应则不成立;同时,新闻媒体使用与疫情谣言信任度呈负相关关系,人际传播、社交媒体使用与疫情谣言信任度呈正相关关系;学历、年龄与疫情谣言信任度均是显著性负相关关系。  相似文献

国外对于传媒与政治信任的关系有不少重要的研究,其研究的焦点集中在传媒是否对公众的政治信任有负面影响上,不少学者持"媒体抑郁论"的观点。但这种观点不断被检验,研究者发现不同传媒变量对不同层次政治信任的影响各不相同。国内在传媒与政治信任方面的研究比较缺乏。该领域的研究可以考虑综合运用质化、量化的研究方法、关注新媒体与政治信任之关系,以及探讨中国传媒与政治信任的关系。  相似文献

This article establishes the theoretical significance of media trust and explores the relationships between individuals' levels of media trust and news attention. Three distinct types of media trust are introduced: 1) trust of news information, 2) trust of those who deliver the news, and 3) trust of media corporations. The findings indicate that these different types of media trust relate to news attention in distinct ways, specifically when examined across medium. The theoretical significance of the findings are discussed and contextualized in light of an evolving media environment.  相似文献
