The Chinese provincial library undertakings has made an outstanding improvement in the nineties. The provincial libraries, as its backbone, should sum up the 40-year experiences of library construction, and according to the orientation of "developing information resources,serving the four modernizations", should go on with deepening reform, strengthen the central libraries capability of cooperation and coordination, and try hard to stress the local distinctive features. 档案作为有保存价值的原始记录,是中国早期众多经典古书的文献来源。汉代以前的档案对经、史、子书的形成有着极为重要的影响。经部文献中的《尚书》,主要来源于商周时期君主颁布的政令,以及对臣民的演讲记录等档案。《春秋》则来源于史官对国家大事的记录,《诗经》《周易》《礼》等经典的形成也或多或少与档案有关。史书与档案的关系更为密切,档案中的纪年、外交辞令、盟誓、军功、属籍、制诏、章奏等文献,构成史书的主要内容。子书中的部分篇章则来源于诸子给君王的上书,这些文书经过后人的编纂,最终成为诸子百家的重要篇章。从档案到古书,表现出选择性存录、文本形态改变和实用性倾向等特征。 相似文献

自2007年中华古籍保护计划实施以来,云南省建构起了具有民族特色的古籍保护体系,即省、州(市)、县成立了相应的古籍保护机构;依靠自身的专业人员和志愿者力量,在全省范围内开展了古籍普查登记工作;根据云南少数民族古籍收藏丰富的特点,有针对性地开展了彝文古籍、藏文古籍、傣文古籍和东巴古籍的修复工作,在少数民族古籍修复技术上取得了突破,同时也培养了一支少数民族古籍保护的人才队伍;积极开展古籍的数字化建设和整理出版,一批珍贵古籍和拓片数据库及时向社会公开发布。围绕寺庙和民间少数民族古籍的普查登记、少数民族古籍修复,论文认为古籍保护涉及多学科知识,应尽快开展古籍保护学的学科建设。 相似文献
