[目的/意义] 对比学科评价中常用数据库学科分类体系,实例分析学科分类差异对学科评价服务的影响,以引起高校图书馆对不同数据库学科分类差异的重视。[方法/过程] 对学科评价中几个常用数据库的学科分类体系进行梳理,并对JCR收录的11 681种期刊进行数据库的学科类别映射,详细阐述数据库之间的学科分类差异。结合图书馆学科评价的内容,以天津师范大学化学学科为例,分析学科分类差异对学科评价的影响。[结果/结论] 数据库学科分类差异会对图书馆学科评价中科研产出分析、科研影响力评价、科研人员评价3个方面产生一定的影响。提出减小影响的几点建议,为图书馆学科评价服务工作提供参考。 相似文献

The explosive growth of clinical psychology literature has made it difficult for anyone to get a comprehensive overview of the field. Clinical psychology handbooks help alleviate this problem by providing a thorough survey of the discipline. Despite their utility for both students and librarians, no literature reviews of handbooks in clinical psychology currently exist. This article explores disciplinary differences in academic Web-site interlinking using the university departments of chemistry, psychology, and history. Research has suggested that Web-link counts are related to research productivity and geographic distance between source and target, but no previous Webometric studies have comparatively analyzed academic departments from different disciplines. This study shows large differences in Web use by discipline for both Web-site size and the extent of interlinking, with the history department making little use of the Web and the chemistry department the most. There are significant correlations between in-links and research impact for the psychology and chemistry departments, with a stronger association for the psychology department. There was little evidence, however, of a geographic trend in interlinking. 相似文献

Emotional intelligence is an important area of psychology, which has gained acceptance in almost every academic discipline. It also seems to influence the various academic activities undertaken by students. This article, which is part of a larger study, reviews the literature on emotional intelligence, and its relationship with the academic and nonacademic characteristics of students with an emphasis on the significance of this relationship. This review shows that emotional intelligence of students is a key element for them while handling a stressful situation. It also illustrates that emotional intelligence can be supportive in managing library anxiety among students leading to better academic performance. This article will assist the academic librarians to recognize the role of emotional intelligence in library-related activities of the patrons. This article describes the outcome of a collaboration between a faculty member and a librarian to integrate information literacy into a graduate counseling psychology program. This collaboration used discipline-based standards from a professional association (the Association of Counselor Education and Supervision, ACES) to provide instructional goals, rather than utilizing the more traditional Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) standards. The authors discuss how using the discipline standards allows for a richer, more authentic collaboration, especially in a graduate program geared toward students who are already working in their field. Ultimately, using discipline standards could be a more effective way to promote information literacy in graduate and professional programs. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 长效文献是指出版多年后仍然被连续多年引用,或者引用频次相对较高的文献,研究这部分老化较慢的长效文献的影响力,有助于完整评价文献整个生命周期的价值。[方法/过程] 选取CSSCI数据库来源期刊(2016-2017)中九个学科在2012年-2016年间出版期刊文献的引文年代数据,通过共时观察法进行科学文献老化情况和长效文献分析的研究。[结果/结论] 期刊中引文年代较为久远的引用量来自于大量的低频次被引用的文献集合。长效文献数量较少,可分为3种类型:成长型、成熟型和衰退型,3种类型的长效文献会随着时间推移产生一定转化。具有长效文献较多的期刊未必影响因子高,除心理学学科外,其他每个学科都有且仅有一本具有显著长效影响力的期刊。长效文献的关键词与当前学科研究热点相似,但是长效文献的追溯年代更久远,在反映当前学科热点来源的同时,对未来学科热点预测将发挥作用。 相似文献
