Generalizability theory was used to examine both the relative and absolute generalizability of the observed resistance, reactance, and phase angle measurements of total body bioelectrical impedance (Z) for men and women, using the Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis with modified electrode placement sites (Spectrum Lightweight Instrument; RJL Systems, Detroit, MI). Eighty men and 83 women from a military air force base volunteered as participants. RJL's rules for testing whole-body Z were followed with modification of the proximal electrode placement sites to the center of the antecubital space and popliteal fossa. The design was a 4-faceted crossed Person x Day x Occasion x Trial design treating all facets as random. Each participant was tested by 1 experienced tester on 2 days, 2 occasions, and 3 trials. Data were analyzed independently for each Z measurement anal each sex group. Overall, the modified electrode placement sites produced generalizability coefficients that were equal to or lower than the coefficients reported by Turner, Bouffard, and Lukaski (1996) using standard electrode placement sites. It is concluded that the standard method of measuring Z produces higher generalizability coefficients than the modified electrode placement method. 相似文献

Abstract The main purpose of this article was to review a series of studies (n=23) on physical characteristics, physiological attributes, throwing velocity and accuracy, and on-court performances of male handball players – amateur players, experienced players, professional players, and players on the national team. Five main findings emerged from our review: (1) Elite players are heavier and have higher fat-free mass than amateur players. (2) The maximal oxygen uptake of male players is between 50 and 60 ml · kg?1 · min?1. (3) Throwing velocity is higher by as much as 9% in elite male players compared with amateur male players. (4) Heart rates can rise above 160 beats · min?1 in male players during a game. (5) On-court distance covered in a game averaged approximately 4 km and ranged between 2 and 5 km, depending on playing position. Our methodological concerns based on the reviewed studies are: (a) a lack of on-court physiological data; (b) a lack of experimental/manipulative studies; (c) limited data on throwing accuracy; and (d) a lack of longitudinal studies. The practical implications include: (a) strength and power exercises should be emphasized in conditioning programmes, as they are associated with both sprint performance and throwing velocity; (b) speed and agility drills should also be implemented in conditioning programmes; and (c) specificity of training based upon the position of the player is of great importance when planning strength and conditioning programmes. 相似文献

We examined the effectiveness of video-based decision training in national youth handball teams. Extending previous research, we tested in Study 1 whether a three-dimensional (3D) video training group would outperform a two-dimensional (2D) group. In Study 2, a 3D training group was compared to a control group and a group trained with a traditional tactic board. In both studies, training duration was 6 weeks. Performance was measured in a pre- to post-retention design. The tests consisted of a decision-making task measuring quality of decisions (first and best option) and decision time (time for first and best option). The results of Study 1 showed learning effects and revealed that the 3D video group made faster first-option choices than the 2D group, but differences in the quality of options were not pronounced. The results of Study 2 revealed learning effects for both training groups compared to the control group, and faster choices in the 3D group compared to both other groups. Together, the results show that 3D video training is the most useful tool for improving choices in handball, but only in reference to decision time and not decision quality. We discuss the usefulness of a 3D video tool for training of decision-making skills outside the laboratory or gym. 相似文献

Many scholars do not find evidence of a trickle-down effect from elite sport success to mass sport participation. Contrary to what is assumed by the trickle-down effect “theorem”, successful elite sportspeople do not seem to inspire amateurs to take up sport themselves. However, recent studies present evidence that elite sport can have an influence. In this article, we apply regression models on time series data from one of the most successful Danish sports, team handball. Our findings are mixed, but lean towards supporting scholars who argue that trickle-down effects are not necessarily an inherent part of international sporting success. Further studies should examine more sports to identify where trickle-down effects occur and why. 相似文献

为研究中国女子手球运动员身体基本形态与机能特点,对中国队和地方队队员的身高、体重、体脂百分比进行测定,同时对北京奥运会参赛队伍的基本形态特点进行分析;对中国队不同优势手运动员上上肢和下肢的围度、上上肢和膝屈伸的最大力量和爆发力进行了测定。研究发现:1)中国女子手球队运动员比地方队身材高大,体脂百分比低,与欧洲强队有相似的身高和体重特点,比世界强队韩国队身材高大。身高和体重应与手球运动员攻防竞技水平相适应,就某一个成年手球运动员而言,要提高专项移动对抗能力,应使肌肉含量尽量高。2)边锋比内卫、底线、守门员身高低、体重轻,而内卫、底线和守门员身材相似,中国女子手球运动员位置身材特点与世界强队相似。不同位置手球运动员身材特点不一样,以适应各位置攻防特点需求。3)优势手上上肢肌肉含量高于非优势手,对侧下肢屈伸的最大力量比同侧大,推测长期的手球运动对不同优势手运动员肢体形态、机能产生了一定影响。 相似文献

本文研究提出了基于计算机图形方式进行最简化技术统计操作的思想。研制工作在我国以往经验的基础上,参考了巴林、日本、美国和埃及等国研制的同类系统特点,提出了具有我国特点,符合计算机发展潮流的系统设计方案。这个方案改变了传统代码录入方式,突破了竞赛技术信息量大与录入速度慢的瓶颈,首创按预设逻辑算法自动生成新信息的技术,极大地减轻了操作员工作量,具有特强纠错功能,并独创直观反映竞赛技术信息的图式统计结果,可输出50种分析角度不同的报告。此系统于1998年6月通过国家体育总局科教司的鉴定。系统为一套名为《图式手球竞赛技术统计系统》的软件和与之相配套的中英文《操作指南》手册。系统的英文名为:(Pictorial Handball Match Statistics),缩写名称:PHMS。本系统于2000年5月16日在瑞士通过国际手球联合会专家组评估,6月30日经手联理事会批准,正式成为国际手联的标准系统而将应用于所有世界级大赛。 相似文献

采用"时间-运动"分析法对中国女子手球队不同场上位置运动员在模拟比赛、4打4训练、6打6训练、半场传射训练中的不同维度负荷进行比较,探讨使用不同训练方法的中国女子手球队运动员的加速、减速、左右变向、跳跃的负荷特征。结果:模拟比赛中运动员的累计负荷与4打4训练相近,而高于半场传射训练和6打6训练。模拟比赛中各场上位置运动员的加速负荷、减速负荷与4打4训练相近,而高于6打6训练和半场传射训练,其中加速负荷的差异主要体现在低强度加速上。4种训练方法中各位置运动员不同强度左右变向负荷呈现出模拟比赛高于4打4训练、半场传射训练及6打6训练的特征。半场传射训练的外围运动员跳跃负荷与模拟比赛相似,高于4打4训练、6打6训练;6打6训练中底线运动员和边锋运动员跳跃负荷低于4打4训练、半场传射训练、模拟比赛;半场传射训练边锋运动员跳跃负荷显著高于4打4训练和6打6训练,其中中强度跳跃负荷和高强度跳跃负荷差异非常显著;模拟比赛中底线运动员中强度跳跃负荷最高。各场上位置运动员专项训练时的变向负荷比例较高,但强度较低,高强度变向比重低。结论:参考各场上位置运动员不同强度跳跃、变向、加速、减速的负荷,更接近比赛的训练方法是4打4训练,半场传射训练的外围运动员、边锋运动员的跳跃负荷和底线运动员加速负荷训练上有一定优势,而6打6训练在各场上位置运动员的不同维度负荷的不同强度训练都较弱。建议:要加强高强度变向和加速能力的训练、不同训练方法的组合及精细化训练负荷的监测,明晰4种训练方法的负荷特征,优化中国女子手球队专项技战术训练的运动负荷,以提高中国女子手球队运动员专项训练的科学化水平。 相似文献

目的:研究分析上海女子手球队在2014-2015年期间三大赛事的进攻技战术运用情况,总结上海女子手球队进攻技战术特点,为队伍备战天津全运会提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法等研究方法对上海女子手球队进攻技战术运用特点进行研究分析。结果:(1)上海女子手球队总射门命中率有明显提高,且得分能力更为全面。(2)上海女子手球队的切入+底线得分比例、助攻得分比例、场均助攻等3项技术指标有一定提升。(3)战术A是上海女子手球队针对“6-0”防守阵型使用率最高、成功率最高的战术。战术G是上海女子手球队针对“3-2-1”防守阵型使用率最高、成功率最高的战术。结论:(1)上海女子手球队在阵地进攻得分方式上较为单一,建议在今后训练中强化冷射、侧身、低手、跑动等射门技术的合理运用,让射门技术达到全面均衡的发展。(2)上海女子手球队是一支以整体战术配合为主要攻击形式的技术性球队,针对不同的防守阵型采取针对性战术打法,但在整体战术进攻的基础上不能忽略个体的攻击能力。 相似文献
