同步辐射对直肠癌组织微量元素测定的意义探讨 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
采用同步辐射荧光分析光谱法（ＳＲＸＦＳ）对９例直肠癌及癌旁移行粘膜和正常粘膜中微量元素的含量进行分析，结果显示，癌组织中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ三种微量元素相对含量分别为３８１９９．１６、１５５５７．０４和２０９．８６，显著低于正常粘膜组织（Ｐ＜０．０５，或Ｐ＜０．００１）；而宏量元素Ｃｌ含量为３４３８．１６，显著高于正常粘膜（Ｐ＜０．０５）。癌旁移行粘膜中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｌ、Ｔｉ、Ｓｅ元素含量介于癌组织和正常粘膜之间，作者认为，微量元素Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ可能是直肠癌的相关性元素，癌旁移行粘膜多种元素含量变化趋势，提示癌旁移行粘膜可能是一类潜在性交界性瘤变。 相似文献

目的应用和比较不同穿刺针、不同导引技术对穿刺活检结果的影响。材料和方法90例中男性63例,女性27例,平均年龄54岁(23-78岁),胸部66例,腹部24例;按穿刺针不同分DFBN(dispos able fanseen biopsy needle)和ADGSTN(automatic disposable guillotine soft tissue needle)两组;比较两组的诊断正确率、并发症发生情况。结果所有病例均穿刺成功并获得细胞学和/或组织学材料,细胞学检查正确者9/25例(36%),组织学检查正确者66/91例(72.53%),DFBN和ADGSTN两种穿刺针在标本的大小和完整性、病理学结果、诊断正确率(55.81%/91.30%)有差异(P<0.01),穿刺活检在肿瘤患者中的诊断正确率为78.95%,发生并发症8例(8.89%),其中气胸2例,咯血或痰中带血6例。结论CT/US 导引经皮细针穿刺活检是一项先进的影像学与病理学活检相结合的技术,对于胸腹内不明原因的占位性病变,尤其是怀疑肿瘤者是一项简便易行、较安全的诊断手段。ADGSTN较DFBN材料满意且诊断正确率高。 相似文献

In this study, we examined the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor
(VEGF) by immunohistochemical staining in 76 tissue sections collected from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients undergoing
hepatectomy. Microvascular density (MVD) was determined by counting endothelial cells immunostained using anti-CD34 antibody.
We performed DNA-flow cytometric analyses to elucidate the impact of iNOS and VEGF expression on the cell cycle of HCC. Most
of the HCC cells that invaded stroma were markedly immunostained by iNOS antibody. The iNOS stain intensity of the liver tissue
close to the tumor edge was stronger than that of HCC tissue, and the strongest was the hepatocytes closer to the tumor tissue.
However, iNOS expression in 10 normal hepatic samples was undetectable. VEGF positive expression ratio was 84.8% in iNOS positive
expression cases, and the ratio was 35.3% in negative cases. There was significant correlation (P=0.000) between iNOS and VEGF expression. Moreover, iNOS expression was significantly associated with bcl-2 and MVD, but without
p53 expression. DNA-flow cytometric analyses showed that combined expression of iNOS and VEGF had significant impact on the
cell cycle in HCC. PI (Proliferating Index) and SPF (S-phase fraction) in the combined positive expression of iNOS and VEGF
group was significantly higher than that in the combined negative group. The present findings suggested that iNOS expression
was significantly associated with angiogenesis, bcl-2 and cell proliferation of HCC.

To screen and evaluate protein biomarkers for the detection of gliomas(Astrocytoma grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ) from healthy in-dividuals and gliomas from brain benign tumors by using surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spec-trometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)coupled with an artificial neural network(ANN)algorithm.SELDI-TOF-MS protein fingerprinting ofserum from 105 brain tumor patients and healthy individuals,included 28 patients with glioma(Astrocytoma Ⅰ-Ⅳ),37 patientswith brain benign tumor,and 40 age-matched healthy individuals.Two thirds of the total samples of every compared pair as trainingset were used to set up discriminating patterns,and one third of total samples of every compared pair as test set were used tocross-validate;simultaneously,discriminate-cluster analysis derived SPSS 10.0 software was used to compare Astrocytoma gradeⅠ-Ⅱ with grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ ones.An accuracy of 95.7%,sensitivity of 88.9%,specificity of 100%,positive predictive value of 90% andnegative predictive value of 100% wer 相似文献
