[目的/意义]通过梳理大数据时代个人信息保护的研究文献，为未来研究个人信息保护提供借鉴。[方法/过程]利用CNKI数据库，系统收集关于大数据时代个人信息保护的国内核心期刊论文，对文献的内容进行分析，归纳研究主题，并进行论述。[结果/结论]将现有的研究成果按主题分为5类：国内外实践经验研究、基本理论问题研究、个人信息保护机制探索、个人信息安全风险与应对、相关法律法规研究，评述现有研究的不足之处并对未来的研究方向提出展望。  相似文献   

A Bioethos for Bodies: Respecting a Priceless Resource

The value that willed body donors provide to medical education is priceless. Their precious gift helps to teach anatomy, spatial relationships between morphological structures, anatomical variation, and professionalism to medical students in a way that plastic models, podcasts, and lectures cannot. They are also an important resource for medical research and a wide variety of postgraduate training opportunities. While many body donation programs throughout the world are nonprofit organizations, there are body donation companies in the United States that sell donors for-profit. These “body brokers” have accumulated large profits from this business. It is incongruous that others would profit from such a priceless, freely donated gift. To prevent this incongruity, it is proposed that the international anatomical community develop a normative culture (a bioethos) for body donation programs. This would involve the conscious and systematic development of ethical principles for the day-to-day policies and practices of institutions that collect and use human bodies. With the development of this bioethos, a cultural shift in how donors are treated would occur and, over time, this would become the normal practice. These principles would become fundamental and foundational for the procurement and use of priceless human tissues.  相似文献

Wir pr?sentieren ein Managementsystem, das insbesondere hinsichtlich der Dynamik von Entwicklungsprozessen über die Funktionalit?t kommerzieller Systeme zum Projektmanagement, Workflowmanagement und Engineering Data Management hinausgeht. AHEAD (Adaptable and Human-CenteredEnvironment for the MAnagement of Development Processes) unterstützt die Koordination von Entwicklern durch integriertes Management von Produkten, Aktivit?ten und Ressourcen. Für das Management von Aktivit?ten werden dynamische Aufgabennetze angeboten, die sich durch nahtloses Verschr?nken von Planen, Analysieren und Ausführen auszeichnen. Alle Managementdaten (z.B. Aufgabennetze, Versionshistorien oder Produktkonfigurationen) werden intern in einheitlicher Weise durch Graphen repr?sentiert. 为了研究中药复方制剂对骨骼肌恢复的影响,采用组织学手段,通过电镜观察,研究中药复方制剂对力竭性运动大鼠骨骼肌的超微结构影响,结果发现服用中药复方制剂可以减少运动后线粒体形态结构的变化,改善大鼠骨骼肌线粒体机能,这对机体骨骼肌机能的恢复具有一定的帮助。  相似文献

对柔道运动员赛前集训期免疫指标和身体机能的监测

对男子柔道运动员在赛前集训期的免疫指标和身体机能进行了监测。结果显示：运动员在大负荷训练后，NK细胞、CD4／CD8比值出现了不良变化；血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)反应较大；血红蛋白、血清睾酮、皮质醇变化不显。提示负荷强度和训练量是影响运动员免疫功能及CK、BUN水平变化的重要因素。在集训期进行阶段性免疫指标、机能检测和疲劳监控，有助于了解运动员的健康和体能状况，为科学训练提供参考依据。  相似文献
