| 摘 要： | 排球意识是运动根据场上情况,通过感觉、观察、思维、判断支配自己采取合理行动的心理过程的总和;它包括判断的准确性、反应的敏捷性、行动的预见性、动作的隐蔽性、运动感知的精确性、技术的目的性、战术的实效性、配合的整体性等要素;它有原始意识、技术意识、战术意识、比赛意识四个层次;比赛、观察能力训练、战术知识水平和战术训练是排球意识的主要影响因素;分析了提高排球意识的几个途径.

| Abstract: | Volleyball consciousness is the total of the psychological process to arrange reasonable acts according to the concrete situation of the match by means of feeling, observation, thinking and judgment, including judgment of accuracy, fast reaction, prediction, hidden movement, sport perception, technical purpose, actual effect of technique, and comprehensive coordination, etc; which has four levels, such as original consciousness, technical consciousness, tactics consciousness and competition consciousness, of which the principal effective factors are ability training of competition and observation and tactical knowledge level and tactical training; The paper also analyses several approaches to enhancing volleyball consciousness. |
