| 摘 要： | 在足球运动员竞技能力的构成中,战术能力是重要的组成部分,而战术意识又是战术能力构成中的核心内容.揭示了战术意识在形成过程的年龄特征,提出了促进足球运动员战术意识形成的有效手段,有助于足球战术理论的完善,并可用以指导运动实践.通过研究,得出了不同年龄段的运动员,在足球比赛战术意识能力发展过程中,存在着不同的发展特征.在安排运动员战术意识训练的内容、练习方法和练习要求时,要依据运动员的年龄特征有所选择.

| Abstract: | It is well accepted that in the construction of the football players' competition ability, the tactic ability can be seen as the most important part. However the tactic consciousness is regarded as the key content. This research explores the age characteristics during the procedure of the formation of the tactic consciousness and proposes several effective approaches aiming to improving the formation of the football players' tactic consciousness, thereby facilitating the consummation of the football tactic theories and implementing them in the practical training. Based on the above study, the result can be concluded as follows: the football players at different ages can have different developmental characteristics during the tactical consciousness training. Accordingly the coaches should make the proper selection when arranging the content, methods, and demands of the tactic consciousness training based on the athletes' age characteristics. |
