在大学生心理健康教育实践中,高校辅导员既是促进大学生全面发展的指引者,也是优化高校心理健康教育体系的守护者,更是提升高校心理健康教育实效的管理者。然而,当前部分辅导员仍然对自身在心理健康教育过程中的角色定位不清晰,部分辅导员角色专业化程度不高,部分辅导员的角色参与方法过于简单。对此,辅导员应该积极求变,进一步明确自身角色定位,努力强化心理专业知识,提升角色专业化程度,并遵循大学生成长规律,深化自身角色参与。 相似文献

辅导员队伍是高校开展大学生劳动教育工作的重要组成力量.但在实际参与过程中,辅导员却面临着角色定位偏差导致缺乏劳育工作主动性、角色运转超负荷导致劳育实效不明显、角色扮演吃力导致劳育底气不足等现实困境,其应有的劳育角色作用得不到发挥.针对这些棘手难题,可以从匡正角色定位、释放角色活力、注重角色强化等方面入手进行解决,以使辅导员能够高效地参与到劳动教育中去,对我国劳动教育事业的发展有所增益. 相似文献
