国际海上货物运输中 ,承运人凭保证书交付货物作为一种习惯做法 ,解决了货物已运抵卸货港 ,而收货人却因故未能及时取得提单换取提货单提货的问题。本文在讨论了保证和作为承运人的船公司凭保证书交付货物问题的基础上 ,指出作为签发提货单的船舶代理人在凭银行保证书签发提货单交付货物时应注意的问题以及应承担的责任。 相似文献

贷款投资船舶,是当今国际航运船舶资金的主要来源。不过,大多数是运用卖方或买方贷款,即单向贷款的方式。而同时利用卖方和买方资金以及它们各自优越贷款条件的双向筹措并不很多。有些船舶所有人虽然采用了双向贷款的筹资方法,然而,对于偿付本息的分析处理,仍用常规的单向贷款的做法,这显然是有问题的。本文就双向贷款的含意、可取之处以及双向贷款与单向贷款在偿付本息方面的差异作了阐述,例证了应该采用的正确分析方法和双向贷款条件下实际贷款利率的计算方法。作者撰写本文的目的,是试图让处于结构性调整的我国远洋船队和航运企业在利用外资方面采用更为灵活、有效的方式,做好双向贷款经济性的正确评估工作。 相似文献

为建立运输企业与货主企业之间的长期供应链合作关系,从运输服务供应链双方利润最大化的角度,确定承运人最优的运输价格折扣策略.通过研究由1个承运人和多个托运人所组成的运输服务供应链,托运人最初按承运人给定的折扣运输价格向承运人确定货物托运量,然后按照承运人提供的正常运输价格确定向承运人发出剩余货物的托运次数,建立承运人折扣运输价格、托运人在折扣运输条件下的运输批量和在正常运输条件下的运输次数优化模型.算例表明：当承运人采用折扣运输价格时,每个托运人的货物订购和运输量增加,承运人和托运人所得到的利润均增加;在托运人总需求不变的前提下,随着托运人数量越多,承运人所提供的折扣运输价格越高,所得到的利润越低. 相似文献

买卖双方在货物交付和款项支付的过程中,都有履行合同各项规定的义务。这些条款往往反映了双方的共同利益,是在平等互利的基础上达成的。但也有一些是属于例外的。譬如,订购货物的数量和时间间隔等,则完全由买方抉择。本文试图为买方建立一个在允许延期支付条件下的经济批量的数学模型,并指出买方在订购货物时所应采取的经济订购策略。文章最后对模型作了一些简单的评述。 相似文献
