[目的]探讨复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎临床效果.[方法]把20例病人随机分为两组,每组各10例,Ⅰ组应用复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗,Ⅱ组应用甘利欣治疗;疗程2个月,疗程结束时测定ALT、AST、TB.结果:治疗组6例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,2例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.对照组5例纳差、恶心、厌油等症状消失,3例缓解,1例无效,1例死亡,有效率80%.2例合并少量腹水患者治疗后腹水均消失,死亡病例均合并上消化道出血,病情较重。肝脏体积两组治疗前后均无变化,ECG,电解质、血、常规两组患者治疗前后均无特殊变化.[结论]提示复方甘草甜素(美能)注射液治疗重型肝炎有很好的临床效果.  相似文献

[目的]观察妇女妊娠前后血清中氟化物变化.[方法]用离子选择电极,以标准曲线法、标准加入法检测孕妇血清中氟,并与未孕妇女血清进行了比对实验.[结果]本方法线性范围,氟离子浓度0.02-5.0mg/L,r=0.9999,6=59.7,(25℃),检出下限0.012mg/L,孕妇血清和当地未孕妇女血清氟含量分别为0.035±0.006mg/L,0.038±0.008mg/L,P<0.01,具有显著性差异.方法相对标准偏差在5.4%以下,回收率为96%-106%.[结论]本测定方法准确,灵敏,简便;妊娠妇女应注意孕期中的营养补充.  相似文献

目的:检测河北地区大学一年级HbsAb阳性与HbsAb阴性新生血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)的浓度,比较差异并评价其非特异性免疫功能。方法:空腹采血,采用ELISA法进行检测。结果:327名河北地区大学一年级HbsAb阳性新生,血清MBL的含量为(6.315±4.63)mg/L;男生126人,血清MBL的含量为(6.53±4.62)mg/L,女生201人,血清MBL的含量为(6.18±4.64)mg/L,男性略高于女性,但差异无统计学意义(t=0.117,P>0.05)。683名HbsAb阴性新生MBL含量(6.279±4.638)mg/L,男生251人,血清MBL的含量为(6.405±4.498)mg/L,女生432人,血清MBL的含量为(6.205±4.721)mg/L。结论:河北地区大学一年级新生HbsAb阳性者MBL水平与HbsAb阴性者MBL水平差异不显著。  相似文献

目的:探讨肿瘤患者血清中唾液酸(SA)测定的临床意义.方法:对117例肿瘤患者(全部经医院CT室及病理室确诊的肿瘤病例)进行血清(SA)含量检测.并与40例健康者(中心体检站提供血样)的血清(SA)检测结果比较.结果:三种不同类型恶性肿瘤患者的血清(SA)测定值均升高(812±43mg/L)——(91±21mg/L)与正常对照组相比(532±35mg/L)有显著性差异(P<0.01);而三种良性肿瘤患者血清(SA)(569±34mg/L)——(597±31mg/L),与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:恶性肿瘤患者血清(SA)与对照组比较明显升高,说明血清唾液酸的变化可作为恶性肿瘤疾病诊断的重要指标之一.  相似文献

144只一日龄的AA肉仔鸡随机分为4组(n=36),预饲一周后分别在试验组基础日粮中添加50mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg的半胱胺,分别于2、4、6周龄采颈静脉血,分离血清,测定四组血清钙、磷和葡萄糖含量及ALT、AST、ALP活性,研究半胱胺对肉鸡部分血清化学参数及酶活性的影响.结果表明,饲料中添加适量的Cs能升高AA肉鸡的血钙水平,而对鸡血清磷、葡萄糖含量没有明显影响;添加50~100mg/kg的Cs对ALT、AST活性没有明显的影响;而饲料中添加Cs对ALP活性有一定影响.  相似文献

[目的]了解酶法和碱性苦味酸法测定血清肌酐结果的偏倚大小,对两种方法进行比较.[方法]用生化仪器OLYMPUSAU1000分别进行酶法和碱性苦味酸法测定血清肌酐.对两种方法进行重复性实验、相关性实验、线性比较和回收试验.[结果]酶法和碱性苦味酸法的重复性实验数据(x±s)266±2.77μmol/L和273.5±3.30μmol/L,其变异系数分别为1.04%、1.21%;两者的回归方程式yJaffe=1.01X二步酶法-1.28;酶法的线形范围远大于碱性苦味酸法;在回收试验中两者的回收率分别为98.5%、94.5%.[结论]酶法和苦味酸法有较好的相关性,酶法比碱性苦味酸法线性范围宽,特异性和灵敏度高,测定重复性好,是比较理想的方法.临床上酶法将逐渐代替苦味酸法测定血清肌酐.  相似文献

[目的]了解甘草酸苷对慢性乙肝患者血糖的影响.[方法]把95例确诊为慢性乙型肝炎的患者随机分为A、B、C三组,分别给予复方甘草酸苷80 m l、复方甘草酸单铵120 m l、甘草酸二铵40 m l静脉点滴,用药前、用药2周及4周观察三组患者的空腹血糖、肝功能、HBVM、HBV-DNA定量.[结果]治疗前三组患者空腹血糖的均数分别为5.28±1.75、5.32±1.66及5.65±1.82 mmol/L,在用药2周时,三组患者空腹血糖的均数即已有所下降,至用药4周其空腹血糖的均数分别为4.5 1±1.6 5、4.6 8±1.3 7及4.9 8±1.87 mmol/L,与治疗前相比三组患者空腹血糖的均数都有不同程度下降,但治疗前后的差异无显著性(P>0.05),各组之间下降的差异亦无显著性(P>0.05).[结论]甘草酸苷对慢性乙肝患者的血糖没有升高作用,反而在一定剂量下有降低的作用.  相似文献

[目的]探讨川芎嗪(TMP)对人乳腺癌MCF-7/ADM细胞的耐药逆转及其对该细胞P-糖蛋白(P-gp)表达的影响.[方法]MTT法测定细胞的药敏性和抗药性逆转,流式细胞术检测耐药细胞P-糖蛋白的表达.[结果]非细胞毒性剂量(320μg/m l)和低毒剂量(1 250μg/m l)的川芎嗪均能显著降低MCF-7/ADM细胞的IC50(P<0.01),逆转倍数分别为2.14和2.80倍;并使该细胞P-gp的表达率由(90.60±0.40)%分别降低至(69.10±1.65)%和(60.30±1.25)%.[结论]川芎嗪可部分逆转人乳腺癌MCF-7/ADM细胞对阿霉素的耐药性,其逆转机制与抑制该细胞P-gp的表达有关.  相似文献

目的 探讨黄连素治疗慢性肝病伴Ⅱ型糖尿病的有效性,安全性。方法 分别测定21例患者入院时,饮食控制2w后,黄连素治疗2w后的空腹血糖(FPG)餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBil)值。结果 加用黄连素2w后,FPG、2hPG(6.01±0.73mmol/L、9.080±2.53mmol/L)均明显低于用药前(9.12±1.67mmol/L、15.41±3.21mmol/L)(P<0.05),且无ALT和TBil值反跳。结论 黄连素有较好的降血糖作用,且不加重肝损害,适于慢性肝病伴血糖轻、中度升高的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者。  相似文献

通过灌胃硫酸铜溶液的方式模拟高铜摄入时铜对昆明小鼠动物血液生化指标的影响.50只30 d健康昆明小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各半.试验过程中,对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别按硫酸铜0、20mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg体重灌胃,试验Ⅳ组按100mg/kg体重灌胃的同时饮用500 mg/L Vc溶液,其余各组自由饮用蒸馏水,试验持续4W.试验结束后,摘除眼球采血,常规分离血清后分别测定其AST、ALT、ALP等酶的活性和血清TP、Glu、TC、尿素、肌酐、钙、磷等含量.结果显示,与对照组相比,高铜灌胃小鼠可引起血清中AST、ALT、ALP、尿素、肌酐、钙离子等指标显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01).TP、Glu、TC等含量显著降低(P<0.05).结果表明,高剂量铜能显著影响机体肝肾功能和机体的整体代谢状态.Vc能部分消除高铜摄入对机体的负面影响.  相似文献

Objective: The prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has markedly increased. Insulin resistance has been implicated in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. This study was aimed at observing the relationship between insulin resistance and NAFLD, and evaluating the role of pioglitazone (PGZ) acting as insulin-sensitizing agents in the prevention and treatment of rat fatty liver induced by high fat feeding. Methods: The rats were separated randomly into 6 groups: model group Ⅰ were fed high fat diet for 8 weeks, PGZ prevention group were given PGZ 4 mg/(kg.d) simultaneously, while control group Ⅰ were fed normal food for 8 weeks; model group Ⅱ were fed high fat diet for 16 weeks, PGZ treatment group were given PGZ 4 mg/(kg.d) orally simultaneous with high fat diet for 8 weeks after high fat feeding for 8 weeks, control group Ⅱ were fed normal food for 16 weeks. The rats were sacrificed after 8 weeks and 16 weeks respectively. Liver weight, body weight, serum activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting plasma insulin (FINS), HOMA (homeostasis model assessment) insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), and the liver histology of rats of all groups were assayed. Results: After 8 weeks, the liver in model group Ⅰ showed typical steatosis, accompanied with mild to moderate lobular inflammatory cell infiltration, liver indexes and serum levels of ALT, AST, ALP, TNF-α were significantly increased (P〈0.05) compared with control group Ⅰ. Whereas, the degree of hepatic injury was attenuated in PGZ prevention group, liver indexes and serum levels of ALT, ALP were significantly decreased (P〈0.05) compared with model group Ⅰ. After 16 weeks, notable steatosis, and lobular inflammation were observed in model group Ⅱ rat liver, while the degree of hepatic injury was attenuated in the PGZ treatment group. Liver index, serum levels ofALT, AST, ALP, FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly increased (P〈0.05) in model group Ⅱ compared with control group Ⅱ. Whereas, in PGZ treatment group, serum levels of AST and FINS showed decreasing tendency, liver indexes, serum levels of ALT, ALP, TNF-α and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased compared with model group Ⅱ. Conclusion: Insulin resistance plays a role in the pathogenesis of NAFLD in rats. Pioglitazone can attenuate insulin resistance and biochemical and histological injury in high fat-induced fatty liver in rats.  相似文献

采用持续性非卧床腹膜透析CAPD治疗24例慢性肾衰病人,疗效肯定。24例高血钾、水肿、心衰症状均消失;19例高血压降至正常,5例下降;16例代谢性酸中毒纠正,8例好转;血肌酐(μmol/L):9例由2400±124降至1000±96,4例由1700±90降至900±74,8例由1200±65降至500±48,3例由800±36降至150±30。结合我国目前情况,CAPD治疗慢性肾衰具有广泛采用价值。  相似文献

1日龄AA肉鸡160只,随机分成4组。1~4组饮水中肌肽添加剂量分别为0(对照组)、20(低剂量组)、40(中剂量组)、60(高剂量组)mg/L,试验期6周。于2、4、6周末每组随机取6只肉鸡心脏采血,测定血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活力和总胆固醇(TC)的含量。结果表明:肌肽各剂量组ALT活力在2、4、6周龄时均低于对照组,但组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。4周龄时各剂量组AST的活力均高于对照组,2、6周龄均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。生长中期肌肽组血清胆固醇含量有所上升,生长后期略微下降,肌肽对肝脏功能没有明显的影响。  相似文献

目的:探讨乙型肝炎患者机体抗氧化能力的变化及其与病情的关系.方法: 门诊乙型肝炎患者共124例和健康者30例,均经放射免疫方法检测后加以确诊.乙型肝炎患者分为三组:乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎病毒恢复组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组.患者组和对照组均经7150型全自动生化分析仪测定血清ALT、AST含量,应用改良TBA微量法测定血清丙二醛(MDA),以黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平的变化.结果: 乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎病毒恢复组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组三组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);乙型肝炎病毒复制组、乙型肝炎合并肝癌组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于乙型肝炎病毒恢复组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于乙型肝炎病毒恢复组(P<0.01);乙型肝炎合并肝癌组患者血清MDA水平均显著高于乙型肝炎病毒复制组(P<0.01),而血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平均显著低于乙型肝炎病毒复制组(P<0.01).但血清MDA水平与ALT、AST水平(r=0.151),血清SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平与ALT、AST水平(r=-0.218)均无相关性(P>0.05).结论: 乙型肝炎患者出现明显抗氧化能力的异常.通过血清MDA、SOD、Cu/Zn-SOD及Mn-SOD水平的检测,可为乙型肝炎的临床防治及疗效观察提供一定的依据.  相似文献

[目的]观察复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清病毒学标志的影响.[方法]采用复方甘草酸苷联合拉米夫定治疗30例慢性乙肝患者,并与30例拉米夫定单药治疗患者比较,观察治疗后血清病毒学标志及肝功能指标的变化.[结果]治疗12周时联合治疗组血清HBeAg/抗-HBe转换率明显高于对照组;治疗12周和24周时联合治疗组肝功能指标复常率明显高于对照组.[结论]复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎可能有助于患者在拉米夫定治疗过程中早期发生HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换.  相似文献

目的:评价酶循环法(ECM)定量检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的技术性能。方法:参考NCCLS评价方案,评价ECM定量检测血清Hcy的准确度、精密度、线性范围和干扰因素。结果:ECM定量检测低、高水平定值质控血清Hcy的相对偏差分别为2.52%和4.28%;正常值和高值血清测定的批内变异系数(CV)和总CV分别为1.63%~1.58%和4.65%~3.88%;3.12~49.98 umol/L范围内测定的线性相关系数(r2)达到0.9971;胆红素(20 mg/dL)、乳糜(1000 mg/dL)和维生素C(10 mg/dL)对该检测方法无显著性干扰(P>0.05)。结论:酶循环法不仅实用性高,而且可靠性强,因此在各级医疗机构的检验科均可普及使用。  相似文献

Fulminant hepatic failure is a severe clinical condition associated with extremely poor outcomes and high mortality. A number of studies have demonstrated the ability of plasma transfusion to successfully treat fulminant hepatic failure, but the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. The aim of the present study is to define the mechanisms of plasma transfusion treatment in lipopolysaccharide/D-galactosamine (LPS/D-GalN)-induced mice. LPS/D-GalN treatment in mice causes significant hepatic failure, including increasing serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, histopathological changes in centrilobular necrosis and inflammatory cells, and the up-regulation of inflammation (tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6)). When LPS/D-GaIN-induced mice were treated with plasma, these changes were halted. Results showed that plasma transfusion significantly reduced mortality, and decreased the levels of AST, ALT, and inflammation factors such as TNF-α and IL-6. The expression levels of cleaved Caspase-3, BAX, and p53 were down-regulated and Bcl-2 was up-regulated, suggesting that plasma can reduce LPS/D-GalN-induced apoptosis. The protective mechanism of plasma against LPS/D-GalN-induced fulminant hepatic failure is related to the inhibition of the inflammatory response and the reduction in apoptosis through the down-regulation of the p53-induced apoptotic pathway.  相似文献

采用改进的CTAB法提取中国特有濒危裸子植物白豆杉(Pseudotaxus chienii)嫩叶总DNA,进行RAPD分析.分别研究了模板DNA、引物、dNTPs、Mg2 和TaqDNA聚合酶用量对RAPDPCR扩增反应结果的影响.筛选并建立了适合于白豆杉RAPD扩增的反应体系:总体积25μL,其中10×PCR缓冲液(500mmol/L KCl,100mmol/L Tris-HCl,1.0%Triton X-100,20mmol/L MgCl2)2.0μL,引物(1.5μmol/L)0.5μL,dNTPs(10mmol/L)0.4μL,模板1μL(35ng),Taq酶0.8μL(0.5U),水20.3μL.  相似文献
