[目的/意义]问题和方法是学术论文的重要组成部分。将散落在学术论文中的问题与方法进行有效组织,例如问题与方法识别及其之间的关系抽取,可挖掘学术论文中的隐性知识,促进学科的方法体系和问题体系构建。对学术论文中问题与方法识别及其关系抽取的相关研究工作的梳理,有助于把握该研究的发展趋势、发现该研究中存在的不足,并为未来的工作提供借鉴和指导。[方法/过程]在学术论文的问题和方法的挖掘方面,现有研究围绕4个研究点展开,分别是问题与方法及其关系定义、问题与方法及其关系标注数据集构建、问题与方法识别及其关系抽取的模型设计以及问题与方法及其关系的应用。本文分别对这4个研究点进行梳理,归纳总结现有学术论文中问题和方法知识挖掘的现状。[结果/结论]分析发现,在问题与方法的相关定义中,较少结合科学哲学中的问题学等理论进行定义;在问题与方法数据集构建中,存在数据集重复标注的现象,另外,开源数据集集中在自然科学领域且一般为英语语料,中文开源语料稀缺;在问题与方法识别及其关系抽取中,现有抽取模型性能较低;有关问题和方法的研究不应止步于词语识别和关系抽取,需对挖掘出的知识进行深入分析和应用。 相似文献

AbstractAs data services gain momentum in academic libraries, liaison librarians are expected to be part of the education force for data literacy. Nonetheless, due to the broad scope of data literacy, training librarians to improve data-related skills can be challenging. This article used consultation statistics to identify tools and resources employed to solve users’ data questions. The results offered insights into users’ data needs and provided librarians with a clear direction to further develop data skills in their assigned disciplines. The centrality of data in modern society has prompted a need to examine the increasingly powerful role of data brokers and their efforts to quantify the world. Practices and methods such as surveillance, biometrics, automation, data creeping, or profiling consumer behaviour, all offer opportunities and challenges to news reporting. Nonetheless, as most professional journalists display a degree of hesitancy towards numbers and computational literacy, there are only limited means to investigate the power dynamics underpinning data. This article discusses the extent to which current data journalism practices in the United Kingdom employ databases and algorithms as a means of holding data organisations accountable. Drawing on semi-structured interviews with data journalists, data editors, and news managers working for British mainstream media, the study looks at how data journalism operates within the news cycle of professional newsrooms in the United Kingdom. The United States’ National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) operates over one hundred observing systems and numerical models providing information and forecasts about the planetary environment from the bottom of the ocean to the surface of the Sun. Collected NOAA data constitute an irreplaceable resource that must be well-documented, discoverable, accessible, and preserved for future use. Good data management should therefore be part of NOAA's core business practices, and employees and leadership should be aware of their roles and responsibilities in this arena. NOAA has developed an Environmental Data Management (EDM) Framework document that discusses Principles, Governance, Resources, Standards, Architecture, Assessment, and the Data Lifecycle, and which also enumerates specific recommendations. The NOAA EDM Committee has issued Directives pertaining to data management planning, archiving, data access, metadata, and other topics. A Data Catalog has been established, and a project to assign persistent, citable identifiers to archival data is well underway. Numerous groups at NOAA are performing technical work related to data access, usability, and preservation.The purpose of this article is to describe these documents and activities in order to share our experiences and to provide guidance and encouragement for improved data management practices and processes at other organizations. 相似文献

Open data is information that is provided by public entities to be accessed and reused. Publishing open data is an excellent way to improve an organization’s transparency and provide insight into the value of the organization. Libraries are uniquely positioned to assist their patrons in the use of open data by making them aware of it and helping them access and use it. This article provides a short history of open data and explores ways that library trailblazers are already using open data as well as contributing open data for others to use. Getting started with open data involves identifying key open data resources such as data.gov, identifying library information that would be beneficial to publish, and creating programs that provide digital literacy training and create opportunities for patrons to engage with open data in new and creative ways. 相似文献
