现行的分析化学教材在络合滴定一章中有副反应系数的教学内容。若在酸碱滴定教学中也引入副反应系数，就能加强知识的系统性，使酸碱滴定和络合滴定都按同一体系处理复杂溶液的平衡问题。在引入副反应系数时，根据教学需要，首先要讨论离解常数、形成常数、水的质子自递常数，再引入副反应系数并导出条件形成常数。 一、一元弱酸（碱）的离解常数（Ｋ）和形成常数（ＫＴ）之间的关系。 一元弱酸，如ＨＡｃ，ＨＡｃＨ＋＋Ａｃ－，Ｋａ＝〔Ｈ＋〕〔Ａｃ－〕〔ＨＡｃ〕，Ｋａ为ＨＡｃ的离解常数。Ａｃ－＋Ｈ＋ＨＡｃ ＫａＴ＝〔ＨＡｃ〕… 相似文献

热休克蛋白（ＨＳＰ，ｈｅａｔｈｏｃｋｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ）是应激后细胞内优先合成的一组蛋白质，又称为应激蛋白（ＣＳＰ，ｓｔｒｅｓｓｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ），或分子伴侣（ｃｈａｐｅｒｏｎｅｓ）。它具有重要的细胞功能，如细胞内运输，新合成的蛋白质分子的折叠、组装与转运，变性功能蛋白分子的降解，线粒体蛋白质分子的跨膜转位等。剧烈运动能够诱导热休克蛋白的合成，目前研究发现在运动应激时ＨＳＰ７０家族的诱导表达和运动时应激强度呈正相关，不同类型的骨骼肌纤维中ＨＳＰ７０的表达有不同的特点。 相似文献
