历史上对“比、兴”有三种不同的解说 ,即政治的解说、语言的解说和文学的解说。文学的解说最有意义。最具有代表的说法是刘勰的“比显兴隐”说。徐复观在解释刘勰的观点时提出新论 ,认为兴句的意义不是表示实在的具有概念的意义 ,而在于“形成一首诗的气氛、情调、韵味、色泽的”。笔者认为 ,还可以把刘勰的“比显兴隐”说的解说推进一步。这里的基本理论假设是 ,“比”主要是接近认识论的 ,所以“比显” ;“兴”主要是接近存在论的 ,所以“兴隐”。 相似文献

网络与信息技术的迅速发展促使娱乐文化产业为满足消费者的需求而不断革新，短视频在这种背景下应运而生，“抖音”“快手”“微视”等主打短视频创作、分享的手机软件越来越受欢迎，同时也出现了许多短视频创作者，利用平台发布自己剪辑、解说电影的作品，即对影视作品的二次创作。但在这一繁荣景象的背后，此类作品合法性的问题不容忽视。文章从电影解说短视频的概念及法律性质出发，分析电影解说的发展现状及其产生的法律问题，从而进一步探讨如何认定该类作品合理使用的范畴，以期在不阻碍作品创作繁荣的前提下更好地维护著作权人的权益。 相似文献

“体用”是中国传统哲学与思想史中的概念,也是武术文化体系中的重要脊线。作为一对哲学范畴、思维方式和分析框架,“体用观”对建构武术理论有着重要意义。运用文献资料调研和历史研究等方法对武术与体用思想相融的基本内涵、内在机制以及方法意义进行分析与阐释。认为,拳势“以练周身一体的内气与劲力为体、以练攻防一体的技击战术与技巧为用”、拳理“以静为体,以动为用”和拳法以“体道、味道,进而以武入道”的体认阶序共同建构起了武术“练体”与“练用”的基本内涵;“道器不二”的道艺体用观、“已发未发”的动静体用观以及“摄用归体”的拳势体用观集中反映了武术与体用思想相融的内在机制;武术的延续过程是在一次次“体用互变”的过程中实现了对自身的内在超越,其对体用思想的吸收与借鉴,不仅从思想层面印证了传统武术与中国传统文化的交融,更为重要的是为自身在整个传统文化延续与更迭过程寻找到了“因循”与“通变”的理据。 相似文献

翻译研究的文化转向已成为当今研究语际翻译的主流。文化的转向不但属于学术研究的领域,同时也属于跨文化交际中的实践研究。在实践当中,语际翻译中文化转换的模式主要有以下的五种基本情形:文化相符、文化相含、文化相斥、文化相缺和文化相融。前两种模式着重于文化的“同”,文化相斥和文化相缺着重于文化的“异”,而文化相融关注的则是文化由“异”向“同”的转换。因此,在从事翻译工作和翻译研究时,必须对作用于整个语际翻译过程的文化转换模式予以足够的重视。同时,语际翻译过程受文化转换制约的事实也给翻译学的构建提出了一个不容忽视的新课题。 相似文献
