运用社会心理学理论,进行参照群体对软件开发人员技术感知有用性和易用性影响的研究。研究发现,软件开发人员对技术的感知有用性比感知易用性更容易受到参照群体的影响,当参照群体的意见与软件开发人员初始感知水平一致时,软件开发人员的感知有用性和易用性都不会受到参照群体的影响,但当两者不一致时,参照群体的高/低感知有用性会使得软件开发人员的感知有用性也随之提高/降低;而就感知易用性而言,只有参照群体的感知易用性高、软件开发人员的初始感知易用性低时,软件开发人员的感知易用性才会由于参照群体的影响而显著升高。同时运用社会心理学、情绪心理学的观点对结论进行了解释和讨论,所得成果是对传统科技接受问题研究的补充。  相似文献

中国3G套餐的复杂与繁多对消费者选择造成了困惑,为了更好了解影响消费者选择3G套餐的影响因素,围绕3G手机套餐市场消费者使用态度和使用意向的影响因素的主题,在TAM(技术接受模型)的基础上,通过文献的回顾提出了影响消费者使用态度和行为的三个因素,并借鉴已有量表,结合实际设计调查问卷进行调查。通过数据分析,得出社群影响对感知易用性影响显著,对感知有用性并不显著;感知易用性对于感知有用性的影响显著;感知有用性,感知易用性对使用态度的影响显著;使用态度对使用意向影响显著的结论。该结论对于中国运营企业制定和设计套餐提供相应的决策依据。  相似文献

基于社会心理学的理性行为理论,借鉴两栖模型,构建一个整合模型,分析技术接受模型的两个维度——感知有用性和感知易用性——对中小企业管理创新的影响。以珠三角地区的449家制造型中小企业为调查对象,运用层次回归分析方法进行实证检验,结果表明:管理创新对成长绩效具有显著正向影响;感知易用性不仅对管理创新有正向直接影响,还正向调节管理创新与成长绩效的关系;感知有用性对管理创新与成长绩效间关系的调节效应不显著,但对管理创新具有显著正向影响。  相似文献

宅基地退出是解决当前宅基地低效利用问题的重要抓手,是乡村振兴和乡村建设的重要组成部分。本文基于技术接受模型和感知价值理论,利用重庆市503份农户问卷数据,借助结构方程模型(SEM)揭示农户宅基地退出决策机制。结果表明:①技术接受模型(TAM)整合感知风险(PR)的研究模型适用于农户宅基地退出决策的影响机制研究。农户退地决策主要受感知有用性、感知易用性的正向影响和感知风险的负向影响;②影响农户退出宅基地行为决策各因素中,感知有用性的影响最强,感知易用性次之,感知风险最弱,其影响路径系数分别为0.35、0.29和-0.18;③社会环境、家庭环境及宅基地环境通过影响农户感知有用性、感知易用性和感知风险间接影响农户的退出行为决策,是推进宅基地政策有效实施过程中不可忽视的重要因素。基于此,宅基地退出补偿政策的制定应契合农户的生产生活实际,体现易用性和可操作性;同时还应完善相关社会保障措施,并确保退地补偿按时到位。  相似文献

开展电子商务将是中国社交网站的发展趋势.以技术接受模型为基础,借鉴品牌延伸和信任理论,构建了消费者社交网站购物态度影响因素模型.通过调查收集了379份有效问卷,利用结构方程模型方法对构建的研究模型进行了实证检验.研究结果表明,感知匹配度和信任对消费者社交网站购物态度有显著的影响,而感知易用性、感知有用性、感知乐趣等因素没有直接影响.  相似文献

基于技术接受模型(TAM)构建研究模型,通过分析文献和研究调研并提出扩展,以社群影响、系统特性、相关经验、个人差异、感知有用性、感知易用性、感知风险为自变量,分析这些因素对消费者LBS服务接受意向的影响,并对最终模型的假设条件用统计软件进行验证。实证分析结果表明,社群影响、系统特性、相关经验、个人差异、感知有用性、感知易用性显著影响消费者LBS服务的使用行为。  相似文献

LBS技术与团购相结合是一种新的消费方式,用户接受程度如何是商家关心的问题。以TAM理论为基础,构建影响用户LBS团购接受意愿的理论模型,运用情景实验法利用SPSS和结构方程模型对360份有效问卷进行检验。研究结果表明,感知有用性和感知易用性对用户LBS团购接受意愿有正向影响,产品因素、个人因素、情境因素及网站因素又会影响用户对LBS团购的感知有用性和感知易用性。  相似文献

以科技接受模型为基础,结合网上银行特点,增加感知风险、对电子渠道的信任,采用结构方程模型方法对影响我国个人网上银行使用意向的因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、对电子渠道的信任对网上银行的使用意向均有显著影响,其中对电子渠道的信任因子对使用意向的影响最显著。  相似文献

基于知识贡献动机(Knowledge Contributing Motivation,KCM)和技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)视角,构建学术虚拟社区知识贡献意愿影响因素的理论研究框架,以学术虚拟社区204份有效调查问卷为样本,采用结构方程建模方法进行实证数据分析.研究结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性和乐于助人对知识贡献意愿产生直接的正向影响,且感知易用性也通过感知有用性间接地正向影响知识贡献意愿;信任氛围、激励均通过感知有用性与感知易用性间接地正向作用于知识贡献意愿,而自我效能的间接正向作用效应却不显著.  相似文献

技术采纳模型(TAM)是1989年美国学者Davis在理性行为理论(TRA)的基础上,提出的一个专门用于描述用户信息技术采纳和接受行为的模型。本文以CNKI数据库为原始文献来源,对技术采纳模型的相关文献分别从发表年份、刊登期刊、作者合作度、研究领域、研究层次、研究方法、采用变量等方面进行计量分析,为今后的研究和应用奠定基础和提供参考。

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model proposed by Davis,an American scholar,based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) in 1989.It’ s a model used specially to describe the information technology adoption and acceptance behavior of the users.Taking the CNKI database as the original literature sources,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the related literatures of TAM from the aspects of publication year,publication journal,author cooperative degree,research field,research level,research method,and variables adopted in an attempt to lay a foundation and provide reference for future research and application.  相似文献

The primary aim of this study is to examine the factors that predict end users’ intention to adopt mobile government (m-government) services in a developing country. The research is based upon a self-administered questionnaire survey of 120 current users’ in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a leader in m-government development in the Arab world. The study employs advanced statistical techniques to test an extended the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating the determinants of trust, cost, social influence, variety of services, perceived usefulness in information technology and demographic profiles. The findings revealed that trust and social influence are positively associated with end users intention to adopt m-government services in the UAE. By identifying the predictors of users’ adoption of m-government, this study provides several theoretical and practical implications related to m-government service adoption.  相似文献

本研究以TAM为原型建立了一个考察影响这种变化的概念模型。运用问卷调查和结构方程模型进行实证研究。研究发现,用户的使用经验对感知有用性差异和感知易用性差异具有显著的影响;同时这两者的差异又影响着对可供选择的信息交流方式的接受。可供选择的信息交流方式之间的相似性又对第一个影响关系具有反向调节作用。本研究能促进对用户使用转移行为的理解以及为研发信息交流系统的企业提供参考和建议。  相似文献

Intention has been a key dependent variable in information system (IS) research for the last several decades. It features in various IS acceptance models including the technology acceptance model (TAM), the elaboration likelihood model, the IS success model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). In the context of IS adoption and use, intention has been portrayed in different forms including intention to adopt, intention to use, intention to continue use, intention to discontinue, and intention to switch. It has been modeled as an antecedent to behavior, a consequent of behavior, and a proxy for behavior. Prior studies of intention have been contextualized in a various settings involving use contexts (i.e., voluntary vs. mandatory use), populations (i.e., non-adopters, adopters, users), respondents (i.e., students, employees), and duration of use (i.e., limited vs. indefinite time), have used cross-sectional and longitudinal empirical designs, and employed different measurement instruments. This editorial provides a brief review of extant IS literature on intention, highlights underlying issues, and proposes directions for future research.  相似文献

To fully exploit the capabilities of complex technologies, businesses must deliberately foster technology acceptance by end users. This deliberate activity must recognize the complexity of factors that influence individuals’ perceptions, intentions, and usage of information technology. This study surveyed 66 professionally autonomous end users and gathered information on their perceptions related to several technology acceptance factors for a newly installed enterprise resource planning (ERP) system component. Study analyses focused on end user perceptions of ERP component usefulness, their intention to use the system, and self-reported usage of a system component. Valuable insights into the perceptions of professional end users toward a component of a complex technology were gained. Recommendations based upon the results of this study include: (a) clearly describe, early in the implementation process, an overall picture of the ERP system flow and visually show end users how the components they use “fit” into the whole system; (b) convert ERP-related “tech talk” to common end user language by either clear explanation of unique terms or associations of new terms to ones commonly understood by end users, and (c) provide adequate resources (financial, physical, human, etc.) to ensure that end users have access to timely support.  相似文献

Since Davis et al. originally formulated the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), research on information technology (IT) acceptance has yielded many extended and competing models. Empirical investigation of these models, however, has not consistently supported the mediating role of attitude in predicting user IT adoption, leading some researchers to claim a minimal role of attitude. In this study, we call for attention to the role of attitude in explaining technology acceptance behavior. In developing the research model, we draw on both the concept of attitude strength and previous technology acceptance studies. Empirical examination of our research hypotheses indicates that attitude toward system use fully mediates the effects of salient beliefs on behavioral intention when the attitude is strong, whereas it partially mediates the effects when the attitude is weak. Our findings provide additional insights in predicting technology acceptance behavior.  相似文献

Nowadays, using increasingly granular data, from real-time location information and detailed demographics to consumers-generated content on the social networking sites (SNSs), businesses are starting to offer precise location-based product recommendation services through mobile devices. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper develops a theoretical model to examine the adoption intention of active SNS users toward location-based recommendation agents (LBRAs). The research model was tested by using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived control, and perceived institutional assurance are important in developing adoption intention. Perceived effort saving, special treatment, and social benefit have influences on the adoption intention through the mediating effect of perceived usefulness. Perceived accuracy has direct influence on adoption intention.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to provide insights into the effects of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service quality and reveal mediation effects in the process of forming the repurchase intention. This study incorporates additional theoretical construct, perceived enjoyment, to reflect IPTV characteristics using extended technology acceptance model (TAM). This study empirically investigated a research model and conducted a survey of IPTV service users. The results of this study are as follows. First, IPTV service quality is summarized as design, security, and customer service, which is supported by second-order factor analysis. Service quality had an influence on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. Second, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived enjoyment, and perceived usefulness also had an effect on repurchase intention. Third, attitude, trust, and satisfaction had a positive effect on repurchase intention. To reveal the impact on repurchase intention of the IPTV service quality, this study proposes customer acceptance on IPTV service based on a modified TAM.  相似文献

The technology acceptance model (TAM) has been widely used to study user acceptance of new computer technologies. However, it does not incorporate social structure and influence as a significant factor. In this study, we ask the following questions: (i) What are the limitations of the existing TAM for studying virtual community? (ii) What is effect of social networks on user acceptance of technology for virtual community? and (iii) How can the influence of different types of social ties serve as a basis for exploring the user acceptance of technology in a virtual community? Here, we explore the possibility for extending TAM to incorporate the influence of the different types of social ties as a new theoretical construct. Preliminary analysis of data from a virtual community results show that weak and strong ties influence technology acceptance. The findings enable HCI researchers to account for influence of social ties in future investigations using TAM.  相似文献
