基于投入—产出方法构建河北省秸秆资源—经济—环境—能源系统动态最优模型,以模拟分析2017—2035年河北省秸秆资源利用、环境保护与城市经济增长间均衡发展路径.研究发现:(1)引入先进技术的环境综合政策系统对经济增长有促进作用,大气污染物质在减排20％的情况下,通过引入新技术和政策组合,2035年河北省经济总量达到8.06万亿元;大气污染物质在减排30％的情况下,2035年河北省经济总量达到6.4万亿元.(2)2017—2035年政府对秸秆处理技术共补贴454亿元,其中秸秆饲料压块技术14亿元、秸秆气化发电技术1.5亿元、秸秆食用菌基料技术320.5亿元、秸秆有机肥生产技术118亿元. 相似文献

投资对拉动经济发展具有重要的作用,投资带动经济增长,可以扩大就业,促进消费,加快产业升级,提高产品质量.科学预测全社会固定资产投资,对制定宏观经济政策、进行经济和产业结构改革、分析和判断经济运行状况、保持国民经济平稳运行等具有重要意义.文中运用改进的Logistic模型对河北省社会固定资产额进行预测,取得了十分理想的效果,平均预测误差仅为2.8732%,比GM(1,1)模型平均预测误差8.2183%减小了186.068%.通过模型预测得到2017年河北省社会固定资产总投资额为34669.999亿元. 相似文献

采用1990～2009年黔川桂三省各自三大需求与地区生产总值的时间序列数据,运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对三省三大需求与经济增长的关系进行了比较研究。研究结果显示:消费对三省经济增长的推动作用不断降低,但对贵州省经济增长的影响仍十分显著;投资对三省经济增长的推动作用不断提高,并已成为三省经济增长的最主要动力。从经济增长方式上看,贵州已由消费主导型变为消费、投资并重的方式;四川由消费驱动为主、投资驱动为辅变为投资驱动为主、消费驱动为辅的方式;广西也由消费主导型变为投资驱动为主、消费驱动为辅的方式。另外,出口对三省经济增长的推动作用不明显。 相似文献
