目的 为了研究冠心病发病的可能机制 ,探讨可能诊治策略 .方法 对 4 0例冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者 (2 0例急性冠脉综合征 ,2 0例稳定心绞痛 )和 16例正常人测定了血清新蝶呤水平 ,并与临床分型进行了分析 .结果 发现冠心病患者新蝶呤水平显著高于正常人 (分别为(15 .16± 7.4 4) nmol/ L和 (8.38± 4 .6 9) nmol/ L,P<0 .0 1) .急性冠脉综合征患者新蝶呤水平显著高于稳定心绞痛患者 (分别为 (17.83± 8.38) nmol/ L和 (12 .5 0± 5 .34) nmol/ L,P<0 .0 5 ) ;而稳定心绞痛患者新蝶呤水平又显著高于正常人 (分别为 (12 .5 0± 5 .34) nmol/ L和 (8.38± 4 .6 9) nmol/L,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 冠心病 ,特别是急性冠脉综合征患者新蝶呤水平显著升高 ,免疫激活可能参与了冠心病的病理生理过程 ,新蝶呤是冠心病活动的一个重要标志  相似文献

目的为了研究冠心病发病的机制. 方法测定了16例正常人血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)水平和40例冠心病患者血清IGF1水平,且把冠心病患者血清IGF1水平与冠脉造影的血管病变支数进行了比较分析. 结果冠心病患者外周血IGF1水平显著低于正常人(分别为27.23±15.48 μg/L和48.02±33.43 μg/L,P<0.01);且在冠脉造影血管病变支数增加时其血清IGF1水平下降变得更加明显. 结论 IGF1可能参与了冠心病的病理生理过程.  相似文献

探讨老年人扩张型心肌病 ( DCM)的临床特征并与青年人 DCM进行比较 .通过临床观察对 80例老年人和 140例青年 DCM的临床资料进行对比分析 .结果发现 :( 1)老年组醛固酮值( 30 4 .8± 69.1)较青年组 ( 2 13.3± 54.5,pmol/ L)明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5) ,老年组 T3和 FT3值 ( 0 .78± 0 .2 1,2 .87± 0 .73)较青年组 ( 1.2 6± 0 .33nmol/ L ,3.55± 0 .64pmol/ L )明显降低 (均为 P<0 .0 1) ;( 2 )老年组室性心律失常发生率 ( 61.3% )较青年组 ( 92 .1% )低 ( P<0 .0 1) ;( 3)老年组低血钾、低血镁发生率高 (分别为 51.3%和 2 7.5% ) ,对洋地黄敏感性增加 ,易发生洋地黄中毒( 2 8.8% ) ;( 4 )老年组的病程 [( 11.0± 4 .7)年 ]和平均生存期 [( 6.9± 4 .2 )年 ]均较青年人 [( 5.2±2 .5)和 ( 3.4± 2 .7)年 ]长 (均为 P<0 .0 5) ;( 5)老年组的主要死因是充血性心力衰竭 ( 78.9% ) ,青年组则为恶性心律失常 ( 61.9% ) .结论为老年人 DCM的预后比青年人相对要好 ;老年人 DCM常伴低 T3综合征 ;心力衰竭、电解质失衡及交感神经兴奋是老年人 DCM室性心律失常的主要原因  相似文献

目的 用高胆固醇饲料复制动脉粥样硬化模型,观察通心络生药对家兔动脉粥样硬化的预防作用,并探讨其对血脂和血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)mRNA表达的影响.方法 选30只雄性健康家兔,随机分为三组:①对照组10只,喂以普通饲料;②高胆固醇组10只,喂以含1.5%胆固醇的饲料;③通心络组10只,喂以含1.5%胆固醇的饲料和通心络生药0.72g/(kg·d).12周后测定:①血脂;②主动脉内膜/中膜厚度比值及斑块面积;③RT-PCR法检测主动脉中VCAM-1mRNA表达的水平.结果 通心络组和高胆固醇组的血清总胆固醇水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),通心络组低于高胆固醇组(P<0.05);通心络组主动脉内膜/中膜厚度比值、斑块面积和主动脉VCAM-1mRNA表达量均低于高胆固醇组[(0.57±0.06)vs(1.06±0.09),P<0.01;(38.93±3.42)%vs(71.75±3.82)%,P<0.01;(0.59±0.15)vs(0.91±0.18),P<0.01].结论 通心络具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,可降低血脂和主动脉组织VCAM-1mRNA的表达.  相似文献

目的 通过检测急性白血病(AL)患者静脉血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和 白细胞介素12(IL-12)的含量,探讨VEGF和IL-12在急性白血病中的含量及临床意义。方法 应用定量酶联免疫吸附实验测定10例初诊未治、10例缓解期、5例复发患者和9例正常对照血清中VEGF和IL-12的含量。结果 初诊未治组的VEGF含量(521.06±163.85pg/ml)明显高于缓解组(307.62±55.40pg/ml)及对照组(262.01±141.66pg/ml)(p均<0.05)。对照组的IL-12水平(58.96±38.11pg/ml)与初诊复发组(初诊未治组与复发组的合称32.51±14.58pg/ml)、缓解组(71.67±119.09pg/ml)之间均有显著性差异(p均<0.05)。正常对照组VEGF的含量与IL-12之间存在负相关性。结论 VEGF和IL-12与AL的病情变化有一定的关系。  相似文献

分析142例流行性出血热(EHF)患者血清甘油三酯(TG)值改变,发现EHF患者各期TG均值(mmol/L)均较对照组(0.98±0.48)增高,分别为:发热期1.68±0.46,低血压期1.723±0.44,少尿期2.31±1.1,多尿期2.06±0.81,恢复期1.36±0.8.且各型TG均值(mmol/L)又有明显差别;轻型1.49±0.43,中型2.79±1.14,危重型3.48±1.20,轻中型与重危型比较P<0.05.并系统观察32例,各期增高的例数分别为:发热期64%,低血压期78%,少尿期100%,多尿期100%,恢复期为45%.故提示TG值增高与疾病的严重程度成正相关,动态观察TG值可作为判断病情轻重,观察病期及估计预后的一种参考方法.作者同时探讨了EHF患者TG值改变的机制.  相似文献

配对观察了11例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者用UV诱发~3H-T_dR掺入外周血原始淋巴细胞非程序DNA合成(Unscheduled DNA Synthesis, UDS)的水平,发现急性淋巴细胞白血病组的UDS水平明显地低于正常对照组:实际CPM值是115±13对257±13(P<0.01);UI_1是0.50±0.05对1.09±0.04(P<0.01);UI_2是1.53±0.02对2.11±0.02(P<0.01);提示急性淋巴细胞白血病患者存在着DNA修复功能缺陷。  相似文献

目的探讨血脂浓度与Ⅱ型糖尿病并发症的关系.方法检测我区保健所住院病人Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白浓度,分析其与Ⅱ型糖尿病并发症的关系.结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白浓度[TG(3.56±1.91)TC(4.81±1.00)]明显高于对照组[TG(1.52±0.85)TC(3.05±0.93),P<0.05或P<0.01].结论糖尿病不仅有糖代谢异常,同时还伴有脂质代谢异常,老年糖尿病患者不仅要控制血糖,还要很好地测定和控制血脂的浓度,从而早期防治并发症和减少心脑血管病的发生.  相似文献

辽河盆地是一个中、新生代断陷盆地 ,具有“三凹三凸”的构造格局 .依据 1 2口系统测温井数据和 47块岩石热导率测试结果 ,计算了东部凹陷 1 2个高质量的大地热流数据 .东部凹陷地温梯度变化于 1 0~ 5 0℃/km之间 ,岩石热导率变化于 0 81 9~ 2 91 4W /m·K之间 ,平均 1 667W/m·K ,热流值变化于 45 7~ 70 0× 1 0 - 3W/m2 之间 ,平均为5 6 1 (± 6 98)× 1 0 - 3W/m2 .热流分布的格局是古潜山带和斜坡带高于洼陷区 .  相似文献

目的 旨在观察三羧氨基喹啉 (L inomide)对人舌鳞状细胞癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的抑制效应 ,以明确 L inomide的抑瘤作用 ,为 L inomide用于人口腔鳞癌的治疗以及后续的进一步研究提供理论和实验依据 .方法 将人舌鳞癌细胞系 Tca8113接种至 BAL B/ C(nu/ nu)裸鼠 ,建立人舌癌裸鼠移植瘤模型 ,设立对照组、5 0 mg/ (kg· d)及 10 0 mg/ (kg· d) L inomide腹腔注射组 ,观察L inomide对肿瘤生长的抑制作用 .结果 与对照组相比 ,给予 Linomide治疗组的裸鼠皮下肿瘤体积明显缩小 (P<0 .0 1) ,肿瘤的生长明显受到抑制 ,10 0 mg/ (kg· d)组的瘤块体积要小于 5 0 mg/(kg· d)组的荷瘤裸鼠 (P<0 .0 1) ,说明 Linomide能抑制人舌癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长 ,且抑制程度与L inomide的剂量相关 .给予 L inomide治疗的荷瘤裸鼠其平均瘤重低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,10 0mg/ (kg· d)组的荷瘤裸鼠的平均瘤重与 5 0 mg/ (kg· d)组的裸鼠比较 ,其瘤重的降低更为明显 (P<0 .0 1) .给药组裸鼠的存活时间与对照组相比明显延长 (P<0 .0 1) ,10 0 mg/ (kg· d)组的荷瘤裸鼠存活时间要长于 5 0 mg/ (kg· d)组的裸鼠 (P<0 .0 1) .结论  L inomide对人舌鳞状细胞癌裸鼠移植瘤有明显的抑瘤效应 .  相似文献

For evolving a potential Biochemical index for early diagnosis of oral cancer, serum levels of total sialic acid (TSA), lipid bound sialic acid (LSA), mucoid proteins and hexoses (galactose and mannose) were determined in 30 patients with oral cancer. The results were compared with similar values obtained for 30 patients with oral precancerous conditions, 24 healthy controls and 15 normal individuals with a habit of tobacco chewing. All the biomarkers were significantly elevated in oral cancer patients compared to the controls, the normal chewers and precancer patients. The levels of glycoconjugates showed significant increase in patients with oral precancerous conditions compared to the controls. Only LSA and hexoses showed significantly elevated levels in oral precancer patients compared to the normal chewers. The levels of glycoconjugates were more or less comparable between normal chewers and the controls. The parameters evaluated in the oral cancer patients also showed a progressive rise with the clinical stage of the malignant disease. The levels of the four glycoconjugates were also higher in patients with metastasis compared to those with only primary disease. The present findings suggest that the glycoconjugates have clinical utility in diagnosis of the patients with cancer of the oral cavity as well as in staging the disease.  相似文献

Lipid peroxidation product, malonaldehyde (MDA) and antioxidants were estimated in plasma and erythrocytes of 34 cases of oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) of different grades with equal number of healthy controls to evaluate the association of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and OSMF. While plasma MDA was found to be significantly higher in patients (3.3±0.4 nmole/ml, P<0.001) as compared to controls (2.4±0.5 nmole/ml), plasma beta carotene and vitamin E levels were found to be decreased significantly in patients (81.7±14.3 μg/100 ml, P<0.001; 9.3±0.9 mg/L, P<0.01 respectively) with respect to healthy controls (110±20.8 μg/100 ml and 10.1±1.2 mg/L). The decrease in beta-carotene and vitamin E was found to be more significant in OSMF grade II and III than in grade I. After 6 weeks of oral administration of beta-carotene and vitamin E, patients showed increase in plasma level of these two antioxidants along with decrease in MDA level associated with clinical improvement.  相似文献

Ovarian cancer has been emerged as a most common and lethal gynecological malignancy in India. High serum insulin and low adiponectin have been associated with increased risk of ovarian cancer. But their role in development of ovarian cancer is conflicting and little evidence is available. We aimed to evaluate blood levels of insulin and adiponectin in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) patients and their association with the risk to develop EOC. The study included following three groups; Group 1: fifty cases of cytohistopathologically confirmed cases of EOC, Group 2: fifty age matched cases of benign ovarian conditions and Group 3: fifty ages matched healthy controls with no evidence of any benign or malignant ovarian pathology as ruled out by clinical examination and relevant investigations. Cytohistopathologically confirmed and newly diagnosed cases of EOC and benign ovarian cancer were included in this study. The median value of fasting serum insulin was significantly high (15.0 µlU/ml, P = 0.02) and adiponectin were significantly low (5.1 µg/ml, P < 0.001) in ovarian cancer patients compared to benign ovarian tumors and healthy controls group. A significant increase risk of ovarian cancer was found in high tertile (≥ 18.7 µlU/ml) of serum insulin level (OR = 2.7; 95% CI = 1.00–6.67, P = 0.04) and lower tertile (≤ 5.45 µg/ml) of adiponectin level (OR = 3.2; 95% CI = 1.10–9.71, P = 0.03). High serum insulin level and low adiponectin levels were significantly associated with increased risk for development of ovarian cancer.  相似文献

The present study was done to assess the levels of glycoconjugates and ceruloplasmin in sera of patients with cervical cancer. Serum hexoses, hexosamines, sialic acid and fucose are elevated in a variety of inflammatory and neoplastic conditions. All the glycoconjugates, except fucose were increased in serum of patients compared to controls. Also, hexoses and sialic acid levels were high in patients with later stages of cancer compared to patients with early stage disease (P=<0.0001, P=0.03). Serum ceruloplasmin was increased in patients with early stage cancer (51.5mg/dl) and with late stage cancer (61mg/dl) compared to controls (38mg/dl). The elevated glycoconjugates may be the result of inflammatory reaction associated with neoplasia, as serum ceruloplasmin (an acute phase reactant) is also increased in these patients.  相似文献

Blood samples from 39 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 15 healthy controls were analysed for serum and platelet sialic acid. Serum sialic acid levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than controls (mean 2.7±0.46 μmol/ml Vs. 1.91±0.17 μmol/ml respectively). Levels of serum orosomucoid, an acute phase reactant, containing sialic acid, were also higher in these patients, suggesting a possible non-specific mechanism of increase in serum sialic acid concentration. In contrast, platelets contained significantly less sialic acid in patients with acute myocardial infarction than control (26.73±1.57 nmol/mg protein and 31.97±2.68 nmol/mg protein respectively).  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the expression of SP100B in mouse models with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Mouse models of cerebral hemorrhage were induced using injection of collagenase into the brain. The serum levels of SP100B were detected by ELISA. The expression of SP100B in the hippocampus and other brain tissue were detected by indirect immunofluorescence technique. The mean concentration of serum SP100B was significantly higher in hemorrhage group (0.85 μg/l) than in control group (0.20 μg/l) (P = 0.0017). More importantly, the mean value of serum SP100B in both moderate hemorrhage (0.96 μg/l) and severe hemorrhage (1.21 μg/l) had significantly higher compared to hyporrhea group (0.39 μg/l) (P = 0.0041 and P = 0.0009, respectively). The expression of SP100B also increased in the hippocampus with severe hemorrhage. Additionally, the expression of SP100B was high in the early stage of hemorrhage. SP100B expression was positively related to the severity of hemorrhage in mouse models of cerebral hemorrhage. Serum SP100B might be a noninvasive biomarker for cerebral hemorrhage.  相似文献

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of several non-infectious and infectious diseases including tuberculosis. In a prospective longitudinal study, TNF-α level in blood was estimated by sandwich ELISA using anti human TNF-α antibody, in 22 patients with active pleuro-pulmonary and lymphnode tuberculosis before and after chemotherapy and 8 healthy controls. Six patients and six controls had detectable levels (> 5 pg/ml) of TNF-α in blood. The mean TNF-α levels in controls and cases before and after treatment were 182.4pg/ml, 896.7 pg/ml and 678.7pg/ml pg/ml respectively. Though not statistically significant, there was a trend towards younger age, shorter duration of symptoms, presence of fever and anorexia, and high ESR, in patient with high serum TNF-α levels.  相似文献

The levels of fasting glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance (IR) and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in a sample population of bipolar disorder (BPD) patients who were newly diagnosed and psychotropically naïve were assessed and compared with an age, sex and racially matched control population. 55 BPD-I patients (15–65 years) who were non-diabetic, nonpregnant, and drug naïve for a period of at least 6 months were included in the study. Diagnosis was made using the structured clinical interview for DSM-IV axis I disorders (SCID IV). IR was assessed using homeostasis model of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR); MS was defined according to National Cholesterol Education Program-Adult Treatment Panel III (NCEP-ATP III). Data were compared with 25 healthy controls. BPD patients had significantly higher mean levels of fasting plasma insulin (13.2 ± 9.2 vs. 4.68 ± 3.1 μIU/ml, p < 0.05), postprandial plasma insulin (27.2 ± 14.5 vs. 18.1 ± 9.3 μIU/ml, p < 0.05) and a higher value of HOMA-IR (3.16 ± 2.2 vs. 1.19 ± 0.8, p < 0.05) when compared to the controls. A significantly higher proportion of patients of BPD compared to controls were manifesting levels of fasting plasma glucose, serum triglyceride and blood pressure higher than the cut off while waist circumference and serum HDL cholesterol failed to show any significant difference in the proportion. There was a significantly higher proportion of prevalence of IR between BPD cases and controls (26/55 vs. 2/25, z value 9.97, p < 0.05) while there was no significant difference in proportion of prevalence of MS between these two groups. Within BPD patients, logistic regression analysis showed that age, sex or current mood status (depressed/manic) were not significantly predictive of presence or absence of MS or increased IR.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to assess correlation of ammonia levels with valproate levels in epileptic patients presenting with valproate toxicity and also whether liver enzymes and ammonia levels could serve as biochemical marker of valproate toxicity. 100 patients with epilepsy who had received valproate therapy for more than 12 months and had presented with valproate toxicity and 100 controls were included in the study. The serum valproate, ammonia and liver enzymes were measured in these subjects. In patients with valproate toxicity, the mean level of serum valproate was 110.91 ± 28.68 mg/dL (therapeutic range 50–100 mg/dL). Serum ammonia was higher (86.37 ± 39.90 μg/dL) in patients with valproate toxicity compared to controls (68.73 ± 30.07 μg/dL). Out of 100 patients, only 37 patients had serum valproate level > 120 mg/dL and 22 patients had raised levels of valproate as well as ammonia. Age < 30 years and serum ammonia > 69 μg/dL is risk factors for valproate toxicity. Serum ammonia, liver enzymes should be regularly investigated in patients on valproate therapy for early diagnosis of valproate toxicity.  相似文献
