激发员工的创新行为,让员工参与到服务创新过程中是研究人员和服务企业共同面临的重要课题。而顾客参与有利于员工创造力的发挥,本文在对相关文献进行回顾与分析的基础上提出了顾客参与、顾客满意度和员工创新行为之间关系的理论假设模型。采用问卷调查法进行结构方程分析,得出实证结果包括:顾客参与对员工创新行为的影响;顾客满意度对员工创新行为的影响;创造性地将顾客满意度引入到顾客参与和员工创新行为之间的关系,发现了顾客参与影响员工创新行为的内在机理。为顾客行为和员工行为关系的研究提供了理论基础,并得到了一些具有实践价值的结果和启示。  相似文献   

显性与隐性激励下的电信业务创新的共赢合同设计

本文基于经典的委托代理框架,用体现共赢的价值偏好参数(描述委托人关心自己与他人的程度)修改了委托人(运营商)的目标函数,并在代理人(服务提供商)的效用函数中引入隐性激励要素,集中考察了运营商与服务提供商之间显性与隐性激励相结合的业务创新合同设计问题,进而分析了价值偏好参数、隐性激励的边际产出系数以及创新投入的外部性产出系数对合同参数、业绩以及代理成本的影响.结果表明:价值偏好参数可以协调各利益主体间的价值关系并有效控制代理成本,而隐性激励的边际产出系数以及创新投入的外部性产出系数则对显性激励结构具有重要影响.  相似文献

基于高压场效应管的可调纳秒脉冲源设计

针对诸如变压器绕组形变的脉冲测试法等宽带测试需求,设计了一台由计算机控制并显示脉冲信号源工作参数、基于场效应管的可调纳秒脉冲信号源。实验测试表明,在50Ω负载上脉冲源能产生高斯上升沿20ns、指数下降沿40～200ns分档可调、重复频率0～5kHz连续可调、幅值0～1kV连续可调、体积为32×30×7cm3的纳秒脉冲电源,可满足变压器绕组形变的宽带测试需求。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of stochastic synchronization for semi-Markovian jump chaotic Lur’e systems. Firstly, packet dropouts and multiple sampling periods are both considered. By input-delay approach and then fully considering the probability distribution characteristic of packet dropouts in the modeling, the original system is transformed to a stochastic time-delay system. Secondly, by getting the utmost out of the usable information on the actual sampling pattern, the probability distribution values of stochastic delay taking values in m given intervals can be explicitly obtained. Then, a newly augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed. Based on that, some sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are derived to ensure the stochastic stability of the error system, and thus, the master system stochastically synchronize with the slave system. Finally, the effectiveness and potential of the obtained results is verified by a simulation example.  相似文献   

Novel discontinuous control for exponential synchronization of memristive recurrent neural networks with heterogeneous time-varying delays

This paper investigates the exponential synchronization problem of memristive recurrent neural networks (MRNNs) with heterogeneous time-varying delays (HTVDs). First, a novel discontinuous feedback control is designed, in which a tunable scalar is introduced. The tunable scalar makes the controller more flexible in reducing the upper bound of the control gain. Based on this control scheme, the double integral term can be successfully used to construct the LKF. Second, New method for tackling memristive synaptic weights and new estimation technique are presented. Third, based on the LKF and estimation technique, synchronization criterion is derived. In comparison with existing results, the established criterion is less conservatism thanks to the double integral term of the LKF. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed results.  相似文献

我国民族传统体育历史悠久,内容丰富,形式多样,并且具有鲜明的传统文化和民族特点,是前人先辈在体育文化上智慧的结晶,是大众喜闻乐见的体育活动形式。把民族传统体育元素引入高校体育教学有着诸多的价值,然而与亚洲日本、韩国以及西方发达国家相比,我国民族传统体育发展和研究相对滞后。基于此,本文首先阐述了民族传统体育相关概念,然后就把民族传统体育元素引入高校体育教学的价值优势等进行了分析,与此同时,在总结分析高校民族传统体育教学问题的基础上,提出了民族传统体育元素融入高校体育教学的实践策略。  相似文献   

Community structure of the physical review citation network

We investigate the community structure of physics subfields in the citation network of all Physical Review publications between 1893 and August 2007. We focus on well-cited publications (those receiving more than 100 citations), and apply modularity maximization to uncover major communities that correspond to clearly identifiable subfields of physics. While most of the links between communities connect those with obvious intellectual overlap, there sometimes exist unexpected connections between disparate fields due to the development of a widely applicable theoretical technique or by cross fertilization between theory and experiment. We also examine communities decade by decade and also uncover a small number of significant links between communities that are widely separated in time.  相似文献
