面对我国高等体育教育发展新形势，围绕高等体育院校改革与发展进行分析和阐述。文章联系成都体育学院教育综合改革实践认为，专门(专业)体育院校必须协调好“体育特色鲜明”与“多学科协调发展”的关系，在人才培养方面必须牢牢把握“体育”这一“根本”专业特色；进一步强化术科(含艺术类)专业技能和专项技术水平的提升，推进体育术科人才培育质量的再提升，解决行业话语权问题；进一步主动对接社会对体育多元化的需求，并紧紧依托具体竞技运动项目平台，解决“体医渗透、体文结合”办学特色的落地问题；进一步创新人才培养模式，坚持特色，形成优势，实现学科、术科融合发展。  相似文献   

Inclusion in Norway: a study of ideology in practice

The purpose of this research was to examine how Norway's ideology of inclusion is realized in Norwegian schools and school systems, and what factors work to support or hinder its implementation. Using semi-structured interviews, we obtained data from our informants at multiple levels in the Norwegian educational system in one municipality. Our data analyses focused on identifying themes that were shared by multiple informants, as well as retaining important points or perspectives from individuals. Generally all of the informants were positive towards the ideology of inclusion. The biggest difficulty facing its implementation seemed to be that of social integration. This was much more of a concern than curricular integration. Probably because of such challenges, schools still placed students in separate settings. Factors that affected inclusion included: characteristics of teachers, classroom environment, school climate, cooperation, support from people with competence, attitudes and resources.  相似文献

国家形象是国际舆论和国内民众对特定国家的物质基础、国家政策、民族精神、国家行为、国务活动及其成果的总体评价和认定。这种评价和认定,来源于主权国家的客观实在,是国家实在的主观反映。国家形象的构成要素,主要包括物质要素、精神要素和制度要素三个方面。它通过国际新闻流动,主要是国际新闻媒介的新闻和言论报道来呈现。国家形象有三个主要特点,即系统性和多维性,动态性和相对稳定性以及对内对外的差异性。只有全面把握这些特点,理清国家形象的形成机制,才能塑造出理想的国家形象。  相似文献   

我国体育明星无形资产开发的现状及对策研究

体育明星无形资产开发对于国家体育事业的发展具有巨大的推动作用。我国体育明星无形资产的开发处于起步阶段,关于体育明星无形资产的理论研究比较缺乏,相关法律法规不健全,开发的经营管理水平低,体育中介市场不完善,我国体育明星自身素质偏低。因此,为了提高我国体育明星无形资产的开发水平,应该加强对体育明星无形资产的理论研究,建立健全体育明星无形资产开发的相关法律法规,加强体育经营实体部门对体育明星无形资产的开发,重视体育中介机构建设和体育经纪人的培养,关注体育明星综合素质的提高,处理好体育明星个人与媒体、社会的关系。同时,要注意借鉴学习国外体育明星无形资产开发的成功经验。  相似文献

Theatre experts generally agree that the Flemish theatre has flourished artistically over the period 1980–2000. Attendance, on the other hand, has declined significantly. Following Lancaster’s characteristics approach, we identify several output characteristics of individual theatre productions. Using a panel of 59 Flemish theatres, we examine the impact on demand of both these output characteristics and of traditional determinants such as own price, income and the price of substitutes. Differences in the relevant geographical market for touring and non-touring theatres are considered. We find that the nature of the artistic output affects demand. Theatregoers prefer large productions (in terms of cast size), plays by Dutch-speaking playwrights and revivals of old productions. Own price and consumer income have the expected negative and positive effects on attendance. Observed trends toward a decreasing proportion of new plays, an increasing presence of plays by Dutch-speaking playwrights, and increasing consumer income had a stimulating effect on attendance. These trends have been offset, however, by trends toward smaller cast sizes and higher ticket prices as well as by unobserved factors captured by time dummies. The net result has been a considerable drop in attendance.

水杨酸对铅胁迫下玉米幼苗生理特性的影响

以玉米种子为试验材料,采用砂培法研究了水杨酸(SA)对铅(Pb2+)胁迫下玉米种子的萌发、叶绿素含量、MDA含量、POD活性、等方面的影响。结果表明:低浓度的SA≤80mg/L时,能促进铅胁迫下玉米幼苗的生长,表现为玉米种子的发芽率增大,幼苗根长的增加,叶绿素含量增大,MDA的含量降低,POD活性升高,等。当SA浓度为60mg/L～80mg/L,Pb2+≤1mg/L时,SA对Pb2+的解毒效应最明显,当SA浓度为100mg/L,Pb2+为8mg/L时,SA与Pb2+协同迫害幼苗的生长。  相似文献
