健美操是在特定音乐伴奏下高频率、大幅度的完成动力性和静力性动作的集形体美、舞蹈美、音乐美为一体的综合性运动项目。它的教育功能和审美价值是别的运动项目所难以企及的，是社会发展和人类进步的结晶。本通过对健美操所表现的美的揭示，采用讲座、课堂教学、运动竞赛等多种途径让学生体会健美操的内在魅力和表现美，从而让学生在健美操的学习中受到美的教育，并达到认识美、感受美、创造美的目的。 相似文献
